I visited multiple furniture stores in Greenville with hopes of getting a dining room set by the weekend (5 days away) for an event I was hosting. One national chain store assured me that they could expedite my delivery. This ended up not being true which led me to canceling my order and beginning my search again. Completely discouraged, I searched again online for furniture stores near me and decide to try Jackpots Furniture. I called to ask if they had in stock anything similar to what I was looking for. I rushed over although they were closing shortly. The husband and wife owners were very accommodating. Although what they had in stock was not what I wanted. They took time to help me find specifically what I wanted and stayed past their store hours. The table was delivered to the store within two days but all the hardware wasn’t included so they were unable to assemble and deliver it to me. This was the fault of the company not Jackpots. However, as promised, they delivered a loaner table to my house so I would have a table for my event that Saturday. The hardware was delivered and I received my beautiful table. The owners are awesome and offer great customer service!!!!!

Great service with no pressure. Asked what I was looking for wrote a quote for me. I continued to shop a couple of other places - even Sams club could not beat the price. Next day Friday called and ordered the queen set- made every effort to have it delivered same day and made it happen. I will send friends and family to this store. Bought multiple beds and furniture here. My king bed set was on back order and they helped me alot while I wait for it to come. Good people, which carries more weight with me than a fancy store.

Very Disappointed in the Southerlin Mattress I bought from there it felt firmer while on display when I got it home it was very flimsy I wanted a Firm Mattress which is what I’m used to which they didn’t have in stock they said it would take 3 weeks to get it so going by how it felt on display I bought it, since I needed it ASAP Big mistake!’ Paid 400$ for it not worth $200 the owner was Rude after arguing with him he finally said he could order a Firm but it would take 3 weeks but I need a mattress now and wouldn’t take it back or give credit back for another Mattress

I got an amazing deal for my new apartment. I got a bedroom set queen size bed and mattress box spring with a sofa love seat end table and middle table for about 1500. Most prices are negotiable with a package deal. The employees are very nice overall I felt like it was good deal.
