This eye care establishment is absolutely the best! I have been going here since they opened and cannot recommend them enough. Casey always makes sure all of your questions are answered and is very professional. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. Dr. Klein took some extra time to teach me about new developments in eye care I had been previously unaware of. I encourage anyone to go visit this great group of eye care experts!

Just took my children in for back to school visit for the first time. What an amazing visit!!! Casey was super helpful from check in all the way through to check out. Dr. Klein was very knowledgeable. My child has Type 1 diabetes and he took the time to make sure everything was thorough and that my daughter understood what he was looking for. The whole experience was a pleasure and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Very pleased with every aspect of this visit. Great doctor, thorough but did not keep me there all day. Purchased two pair of glasses and they came within a few days. It is great to be able to see clearly again!

I will not come back. I was taken back 30 minutes late and Dr. Klein was very rude. He made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him and was rushed out. Their selection of glasses was not good either and they were very expensive. When I asked if they carried blue light glasses or if I can just order them online since I didnt need those with prescription he said he has never looked and didnt know. He dilated me even after I checked the box and told him that I would pay for the machines. It was such an unprofessional environment. I do not recommend this office. The only positive thing about this visit was the woman who greeted me.

Dr. Klein and his staff are fantastic. When I arrived I was greeted by smiling, friendly staff, advised of my options and waited only a short few moments before being brought to the exam room. The team was very thorough, patient and willing to answer any question I had during the exam. Ive been to other eye care offices in the Greenville area since moving here but will be visiting Five Forks Family Eye Care going forward. Very friendly people!! They walked me through the whole process and told me what was going on and why they were doing each test. They really care about the health of your eyes. Five forks family eye care is the ideal location to get an eye exam. Clean, nicely decorated, very knowledgable staff in tracey and kacey who welcome every patient with nice greetings and smiles. Dr Klein is very knowledgable and on top of his craft. You can see the passion for what he does in his eyes. One of the most attractive thing about five forks family eye care is that each patient is only dealing with one doctor, who carefully treats you right, examine you properly without rushing and has state of the art equipements. They are very well organized and helpful.

Staff is unreasonably rude and unprofessional. No one here can seem to answer a question without being snarky and sarcastic. I asked the receptionist to make sure my insurance would go through Before we made my appointment and she confirmed it did but when I showed up we spend almost an hour going back and forth because they did not accept my insurance and I ended up paying out of pocket.Seriously save yourself and go Anywhere else
