I am no longer shopping at this location and with CVS. Multiple times I have to stand at the register and there is nobody there. Last night I waited 7 min and nobody ever came to check me out. It is much more common in the evenings at this location. I have never really had this issue in the afternoons. Anyway, I am switching to Walgreens now. I never have this problem at Walgreens.

I am thankful for my local CVS pharmacy! They are well informed, pleasant and the BEST!!

Charlie, the pharmacist at this location is amazing! He always tries to look out for his patients best interests! He definately goes above and beyond! I only use this pharmacy and highly recommend!

Called in a refill. It was never filled. I called in and was told it was on backorder and someone would call me back. No one did..I called to get a status, and the automated system said my prescription had been picked up. I never picked it up. Now, Im without my medicine, and I am going to have to figure out how Im going to be able to fix this.... Use extreme caution if youre going to use this pharmacy! Horrible..

Went inside on 1 occasion and everyone had masks on (all employees), also there was a plexiglass barrier. On my last visit I went through the drive thru which also has a plexiglass barrier.Their speaker system is of poor quality. You need to turn off your car so you can hear what they are saying.I am glad to see they are adhering to the CDC recommendations.

Good for pharmacies. The price is generally good, unless you shop around. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and generally quick to get you what you need.Update 2021: Insane the prices are for things inside. Similar to convenience store prices. Good place for COVID vaccines.

Poor customer service at drive thru window. Attendant does paper work and retrieves other prescriptions for 5 minutes, then signals to me she will be helping me soon. It seems to me that the paper work should be done while no customer are waiting at the window.I’m switching to Walgreens.

CVS never has the appropriate staffing for the needs of the public. You wait in very long lines all the time and they always screw up what I am suppose to be picking up. Walgreens it is

Was in town from Charleston for Thanksgiving Holiday. I realized I left a prescription at home. I called and spoke to Justin. He was able to give me a two day supply for the time I was in town. Thank you Justin and CVS!

Both the Pharmacy staff and front counter staff are always very friendly. This CVS is clean, organized and products are typically in the appropriate places on the shelf... making it easy to find the correct price. Checkout is typically quick and efficient. They usually have good prices on store brand items and you can always find a deal or coupon using the CVS app and/or by printing coupons at the coupon printer. They carry a wide variety of health and beauty products, makeup, some food/snacks, gift cards, greeting cards, school supplies and other common drugstore items. Pro Tip!: Use the CVS mobile app to sign up for email receipts. This sends a digital copy of all your receipts to your inbox for easy record keeping.

Always excellent service from everyone in the Pharmacy ... lots of times ... many topics. Im so glad these folks are there when I need them. :-)

Everyone was very nice especially the friendly pharmacist, She helped me very quickly, and Im never in the same place and sometimes other CVSs cant look me up in the computer, but she found me right away. Thank you!

Layers of film and filth all over the sink, dried urine on the floor all around the toilet, on the toilet rim, and on the toilet seat. No toilet paper whatsoever. Employees seemed not to care and it was a bother to inform them of such an abysmal state that their restroom was in.

It is impossible to get CVS to stop calling you once you are in the system. They call me every day from different numbers with the goal of getting me to reorder medication I do not need and havent taken in over a year. Irritating beyond belief!!

Left my prescription with Caitlin. She told me that she would have to call the doctor to verify and then call me to tell me when my prescriptions would be ready. After a full week without any communication, I picked up the script and went to Walgreens. They were able to call, verify and fill the prescription during the same day.

Charlie and his staff are the best I have ever dealt with. They always go above and beyond. Way to go CVS...

If youre a trans person looking to get your prescriptions filled here, look elsewhere. The pharmacy staff is unhelpful and will only waste your time.

They advertise flu shots while you shop but with no one in line, Ive waited 30+ minutes. My son was in and out of his doctors office for the same thing in 5 minutes. I find this to be unreasonable.
