Lost recipient....Cashier was very polite and friendly. She smiled and asked me when I purchased the items. I gave her the date. She looked it up found the purchase and gave me a refund on the spot. I also had 2 other items I purchased at another Hobby Lobby in Greenville. She happily refunded those items too. No need to go to the other store. Cant wait to go shopping for the holidays. Love my Hobby Lobby.

I absolutely love this store. I bought material and spoke with Ellen who is very personable and complimentary. She helped me by helping me decide the amount of material I needed for my project. Her area was very well organized and clean. Hobby Lobby is blessed to have her work for them. She was very nice to all her customers.

I would like to compliment an employee at the Simpsonville, SC Hobby Lobby. Nathan helped me find the perfect frame for a piece of art. I came to get his help because I remembered how professional and helpful he was a couple of years ago when he custom-framed another piece of art for me. Both times he was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hobby Lobby is to be commended for hiring such a exceptional employee!!

This store has the worst check out/registers I have seen in retail. I worked a register twice and have never seen anything this bad. It takes FOREVER to check out. One of the reasons I saw for this is manager{?} constantly stopping register employee in mid task to give them information. If its for the transaction they are doing or not, Its not a good situation. The other being the register worker and the customer they are checking out having a conversation. I totally understand customer service, but you have to know when to call someone because you have stopped working and there is a line just getting longer as you stop.This is not just for this particular location, I have experienced this in ALL Hobby Lobby retail stores in upper SC.The products are great, but I have to want cancels that for me. Lots of places to shop in 2021, including the internet.

The people in the departments were helpful. But as I approached the register, the store manager and five employees were talking. A man closed his register as I approached. I went to another register where the manager was standing. A young man checked me out but didnt look at me or talk to me because he was too busy discussing a coworkers eyelashes. I picked up the receipt and my bag and left without a word from an employee.

The worst management ever . I was followed by a male employee named Nathan and he made me feel very uncomfortable so I called my son and eventually put him on speaker phone and he asked way I was being followed and harassed. With only a speaker from the employee I was then asked to leave and placed on trespassing notice by Simpsonville police with no reasoning behind it.. I was humiliated by these people for just showing around and looking at things in the store.. If this is how people treat you then they dont need to be in any business for sure..

I went for a large custom mat and Nathan in the frame shop had me in and out in 10 min y’all! I went to Michael’s 3 times and never got help. Great experience!

First off my experience here has been great but the real test comes from how happy my wife is when she leaves here. The amount of excitement can only be compared to Christmas morning. It’s literally as if hobby lobby was a vacation for her. So yes, 5 stars all the way. Hobby Lobby is.. in her words.. “the best place ever”.

I am giving this business a low rating because of the rudeness of one young male employee with two-toned short hair (blond top, dark underneath) working at the register when I visited. I needed 3 items to complete a project I had to finish before Wednesday. It was Monday night at 7:45 pm when I entered the store not realizing until I walked in that the store closed at 8 pm. Having worked retail myself for years, I was mindful of the time and wanted the employees at the register to know I would be quick so they could get out on time. As I walked in I said, I know youre about to close. I promise Ill be fast so you can get out on time. As I quickly, walked / ran past the above described employee, I overheard him mock me to another employee saying, Dont you just hate it when a customer comes in at closing time and says .... (insert my statement here). I continued to the back, picked up all the items needed, checked out, and was back in my car pulling out of the parking lot at 8:03 pm. I wouldve been out earlier except there were a couple other customers checking out in front of me. I currently share a car with my husband so I did not have the luxury of putting off the trip to this Hobby Lobby until the next day. The young man mocking me could have given better customer service and helped himself get out quicker by asking me what I needed and if he could help me find it instead of mocking me. Fortunately, I knew where my items were located.

A place that has something for most design styles. Great variety of greenery and other faux flowers, etc. Customer service is always good. Not many people on the floor to assist, but gives you opportunity to discover all the goodies. all who wander are not lost

I was actually quite surprised to find it wasn’t like a Micheal’s. I thought it would be more like that but it’s more of a beautifully organized home goods and who doesn’t love that?! I could spend easily a few hours in here wandering the isles. I love that it’s got a room in mind for everyone and the taste selections, too. There are craft supplies, don’t get me wrong. But I was shocked at the amount of wall decor and sales were going on for 50% off which made it a reasonable price! I’ll be back for sure!

Now that I regularly visit the Hobby Lobby on Fairview Rd in Simpsonville, I have to write a review. We love their framing department! Always helpful, the crew there will do the small job of adding hanging wire onto your frames or help you from picking the frame to matting color choices...beginning to end. Im a specialty cookie baker - and their baking section is really nice. They always have supplies that we bakers need.Not only can you decorate your home...you can find just about any type of project to work on during the winter months as were cooped up in the house.Thank you, Hobby Lobby Simpsonville!

I had tbe pleasure of having Savannah do an amazing job. She walked me through the store herself helping me find each item. Which let me tell you, the items were for my sister and we were video chatting so she could let me and Savannah know what she needed. The store was clean, neat and very easy to find items. Big Store, Lots of Stuff... price such unless on sale.Individual sections dont necessarily have great selection ie. Each type of fabric only has maybe 10 colors/patterns.Customer service wasnt bad, but it couldve been better.

Good selection of merchandise, prices were reasonable, lots of variety and options. They advertise a 10% military discount online. When asked they stated they did not offer this any longer. This does not seem fair to me.

Great place for home decor thats surprisingly modern/contemporary (yes, some is cheesy, but they have a large variety). Good place for specialty art supplies you wont find elsewhere in store, especially compared to Michaels which is super basic. Some prices could maybe be a little better, but the constant rotation of ads (check the website!) help the price. Staff is also helpful.

Other than the long check out lines, I really do like this store and shop here frequently.Came in to purchase yarn today, same yarn, same size, but what I didnt realize was the different prices. While paying out I realized several of them were ringing up 4.99 instead of 3.99 like stated, so I asked the cashier to look into it. Sure enough some were labeled 3.99 and some were labeled 4.99, on the same product. She said they get them in at different prices and there was nothing she could do about it. I feel like this should be stated somewhere, that the same product may be different prices and to be careful of the one you are grabbing before paying out. I think at the very least they should honor the lower price.

Loved it...much better buying my grandkids learning toys and crafts than just the average toys they dont get much critical thinking skills from.

Even at Christmas, they were super nice and as speedy as possible.

This is a great craft store, has a lot of variety and options, biggest issue with them is, they dont provide enough discounts or coupons, and dont take competitor coupons, making this store a far more expensive choice over the other craft stores.

This place is an awesome place to get all your craft stuff and the workers are friendly.

Nice, clean store that even has things for both my wife and I. The only issue is the lack of cashiers. There is usually only one cashier and some people can take a very long time to check out. When another cashier becomes available, it is a mad dash to see who can jump on the new line before the next customer in line gets a chance.

Always need adult supervision when I go into hobby lobby... The 40% off coupon only helps me justifying stocking up on things I dont need.However. Today I went in search of a particular product: a Happy Planner Day planner. Ive used this brand for years, and love it because the pages dont fall out and I can refill the book with inserts/extensions.I was extremely disappointed in the selection. Most of the inserts werent calendar extensions, but blank pages. There was one insert that I DID want, but they had 0 planners that were the matching size....and I would have bought a new planner.Even the sticker selection was unhelpful. In the past, Ive purchased the Productivity pack, but they just had lots of cutesy stickers that serve no real purpose.Disappointed? Yes. Will I return? Absolutely.
