The Owner is such a kind person. Very friendly and has a great selection and offers solid recommendations when you just don’t know what to get a 4 year old.

This store is the best. Was in there today with my 2 grandchildren and they always love to shop here. They always have a lot of cool quality things. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable of the products they carry and the kids love that a lot of what they carry they have it out so they can touch it and play to see if they like it before they buy it. I have been shopping here for years, is excellent for gifts, they will take the time to show you the new age appropriate gifts and wrap it for you. Have bought every thing from scooters and plasma riders to toys and crafts, for my children and others. Never had to return anything. Very good quality and unique toys. I would highly recommend you visit for your toy needs, they treat you like family when you enter the store and make sure you get what you need, even if you have no idea what that is . i have never left there with a gift that was not liked by the recipient.

Absolutely outstanding . Every. Single . Time . Very clean and organized and reasonably priced. Much prefer shopping here over big box stores just for the experience. Always greeted when I come in and helped . The owner is SO personable and helpful . Amazing . Great atmosphere and you can tell the employees enjoy their jobs and are appreciated so much so that I would love to be a part of their team

We went to this store for a specific stuffed animal my daughter was looking for. We had a coupon for 20% off any item with no restrictions from an Attactions book I purchased. When we went to cash out, I was told the coupon couldnt be used for the item I was purchasing. We ended up purchasing the item anyway because my daughter had her heart set on it. We will no longer return to this business or promote it to others as I had in the past. Very disappointed!Follow up: I did purchase the item from you. Your price was the exact same as Amazon. Last time I had tried using that coupon at your store, the item had also been excluded which is why I wrote the review (it wasnt a Squishamallow). There is no sense being a coupon in an Attractions book if all the popular toys are excluded. Sorry!

We absolutely love this shop! Right around the corner and easy to get into. The associates are always so sweet and helpful. Emily is the best! She takes such pride in all the toys she orders. The toys are different and unique from your typical toy store. They even gift wrap adorably for last-minute gifts. I would highly recommend!

I love this store. I needed a particular gift for my new 4 year old friend. Not one store carried this item without ordering it and waiting 2 days to get it. They had 5 different different ones to choose from and the owner Emily explained the pluses and minus of each. I dont like to pay up front for somethings without seeing the item firsthand. And they wrapped the gift at no extra charge. Give this store a chance. I loved it.

I love Hollipops! Emily and the employees are the best at suggesting toys for my grandchildren by their ages and interests. Emily and her mother have handpicked the toys for their stores and are very knowledgeable. They carry toys you rarely see other places as well as the classic old favorites. They also offer complimentary wrapping!

Best toy store I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff that is always willing and able to help me find the perfect gift, beautifully gift wrapped with a signature lollipop, and the owner has been there most times I have been and offers help and feedback with selection along with letting me know what cool toys are coming in soon from the latest toy trade shows she attended. Couldn’t ask for a better place to go for the next birthday party or upcoming Special occasion. I referred several friends here that have had the same amazing experience.

I called out there and they had only one left of the games I wanted. she was nice enough to hold it for me until I can get there. Upon arriving I had two ladies that checked me out and had great customer service skills. I highly recommend this place to anybody!

Hollipops is my favorite hidden gem store for toys and unique gifts! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I always ask for recommendations for the specific age/gender I am shopping for and Im never disappointed by their suggestions! The complimentary gift wrapping and colorful lollipop adds a great touch. Highly recommend!

Good selection of unusual toys. Loud music with the store staff talking loudly to eachother having a personal conversation made it hard to think and decide on anything. Left having picked out 2 small items, had gone in for a bit more, but couldnt think straight and there was no offer of help from the staff. At checkout the gal running the register acknowledged me just enough to take my money. No hi, no thank you or did you find everything you need? I can get as good/better service on Amazon for lower prices and without the drive. Overall they dont seem eager to help, sell, or stay in business.

Always friendly and helpful... ready to offer suggestions when I need them. Merchandise is reasonably priced. Wrapping is always quick, cute and free with purchase. I couldnt ask for a better neighborhood toy store.

Guess what? They will gift wrap your items while you are there! All you have to do is place it under the Christmas tree! Now how about that?!

The owner is very knowledgeable about her toys and they make shopping for birthdays parties a breeze!! They can recommend popular gifts and their gift wrap is amazing! Excellent customer service. Free wrapping. They send coupons via email sometimes. My kids love coming in here and testing toys out - which is a great way for mommy to see what they like for birthdays and Christmas.

Emily and I have become wonderfully aquatinted. She has the most bubbly personality, just like me, and so involved in her role as owner. She loves her products, stands by them 100% and knows every answer to every question. She is by far a role model in the customer service industry. She meets all my children’s needs when we are shopping/playing in the toy store. I leave happy every time and always want to come back (mainly to talk to Emily) but mostly to let my kids play so I can get some Mom time. It’s nothing like WalMart or Target. You’re not swallowed alive by plastic China toys wall to wall.... but unique and well thought of gifts for the entire family. All ages welcome. Please go by Holipops on Woodruff! You’ll be so hooked and never buy cheap ol China toys again!!!!! Get a gift that really matters. Get Holipops! 😁

I always love visiting Hollipops! Even if Im only going to buy a birthday gift for another child, I find something amazing for my children too!

The staff is really sweet. But this place is hugely expensive.. my son wanted a new fidget spinners for his birthday so I decided to shop around and hollilop was the last place I visited. I was shocked at how much this place was selling it for. Dont get me wrong I have paid top dollar for toys for my son plenty of times, but the price they were asking for for was 3 times the price I had seen them for at at least 2 other stores. I asked the girl that was working that day and she gave me a rehearsed reason as to why it was so expensive. Im really sadden that as a consumer I was (if I purchased the fidget spinner) going to be taken advantage of. I am aware that in order to survive in the retail business prices have to be marked up but to charge the consumer 3 times the going rate for an item is robbery plain and simple.
