We had great customer service and didnt get the front desk sales ladies name. But she was very good at her job. I Will tell you more after next Tuesday when they deliver and set it up.

Good service. Love supporting local businesses. We have purchased GEs from them for over 30 years. Unfortunately GE has been going downhill on quality. Washer and dryer problems recently. Dishwasher water pump and detergent dispenser went out after 18 months. Nearly $300 repair! PATHETIC! They have good service after the sell. Just be ready for product problems.

Service was great and very Swift I did notice my new freezer had a crease down the left side of it. it was in a box when I got it so no one could see it maybe should be more careful transporting them to the store Im sure it wasnt kollmans fault whomever brought it to them did the damage.

I normally love giving my business to small local businesses. But, not this time.Walked in and didnt even get a smile. The lady asked what we were looking for, we let her know we were in to buy a new refrigerator. We looked at one. She didnt give us any reason at all to buy it. So we walked out.Being a salesperson, especially with construction down that way, you would think they could use all the business they could get. Apparently, that wasnt the case. They lost about $1,500 today. And although that might not be much. They lost us as a customer in general. And being weve purchased all of our appliances there in the past. Its a lot more than just what they lost today.

Service tech spent 5mins looking at my washer and it costs $85.60. Really thats roughly $1027. 20 per hour. Skip the call and Google it if you cant figure it out just by a new one
