Justin called before he came and was great. When he was here he contacted Whirlpool and found out what parts were needed to fix the lights in my fridge. I was called when the parts came in and made an appt to complete the repair. Justin came back and fixed the fridge. The repair person was friendly, knowledgeable and on time for my appointment. He repaired a very old stove that he was able to install a new part to ignite the oven again. He also explained what was needed for a part and adjusted the part so that it mounted in the oven in the same place as the old part. I would be happy to recommend this service to family and friends and will definitely use them in the future.

I WAS UNABLE TO BE AT HOME WHEN JUSTIN ARRIVED. HE TOOK MY DIRECTION AND LET HIMSELF IN THROUGH THE GARAGE. HE GOT RIGHT TO WORK, AS HE CALLED ME A SHORT TIME LATER AND TOLD ME WHAT THE PROBLEM APPEARED TO BE. HE FIXED IT AND WAS ABLE TO DO SO WITHOUT ORDERING ANY EXTRA PARTS. WHILE AT MY HOUSE I HAD WARNED HIM OF A DOG IN THE HOUSE. HE SAID HE HAD NOT SEEN HIM AT ALL. AS THAT WAS HIGHLY UNUSUAL, I TOLD JUSTIN I WAS WORRIED AND HE TOOK THE TIME TO FIND HIM AND ASSURE ME THAT HE WAS OK. NOT HAVING LIVED IN THE MIDWEST FOR VERY LONG, AND COMING FROM A PLACE WHERE THEY ARE NOT QUITE SO ACCOMMODATING, WELL LETS JUST SAY I APPRECIATE SIOUX CITY A BIT MORE TODAY, AND I APPRECIATE JUSTIN AND QUALITY APPLIANCE.

Very friendly office staff; I didn’t feel processed. I felt listened to.Repair person called first, was friendly, and explained the angles on cost of repair and age of the appliance.Both people tried to first help me troubleshoot answers on my own before having the cost of a service call. That integrity will gain them more business in the end because I would recommend them to anyone for that reason alone.

Excellent customer service. They were assigned to my service call through American Home Shield and reached out to me quickly to set up a time to come check it out. The technician I spoke to was very polite and explained to me how the process would work if they were unable to fix it that day. He had no issues answering any questions I had either. The day of the service, they called to let me know they were on the way to my house. When he arrived, he was very kind and professional, was able to fix the issue right then, explained everything to me, and encouraged me to reach back out to them if I needed anything. Definitely recommend these guys!

Had them come out, the tech made an honest mistake, but once they figured it out they fixed it, and they didnt even charge me! I really appreciate them making the effort to help me, great business, I highly recommend them!!!!

I called saying I was having issues with a Kenmore refrigerator. The lady on the phone had to ask someone if they could even work on it. They must have said yes because we set an appointment. Tyler showed up and spent less than 10 minutes looking at it to say it had a Freon leak and they couldnt work on it because it was manufactured by LG and they dont have access to service through LG. $94.16 bill. Told me to call Sears Techs. Shameful.

Honest, courteous, informative.

I have had Quality Appliance out to repair my refrigerator, a dishwasher and my oven. Every time they have been courteous helpful and reasonably priced. Recently I had a problem with my oven door hinge. They helped me find the part which is no longer available. Then they told me I could install it myself by watching a YouTube video. I thought that that was very considerate and helpful and it save me a service call. I will call them every single time I need appliance work done.

I scheduled an appointment, which had to be a week out. On that day, i missed the drivers call and called back literally 2 minutes later. call went to voice ma land they didnt call back for 2 hours, at which time they said they were done with jobs for the day. they offered another appointment in 5 more days. Extremely poor customer service and the lady who answers the phone couldnt care less

The worker, Dan, came out and was unable to get a fitting off of my dishwasher water line. Told me to call a plumber and left. I went to Bomgaars, purchased some Vise-Grips, and got it off myself. I Called them back to install my dishwasher since I was able to uninstall it when the “professional” wasn’t. I was told no because I was told to get a plumber when Dan was there. Pure laziness. Only person who seemed to want to help me was the girl who answered their telephone. Their workers are just lazy. Anything outside of what an educated, informed homeowner can do is outside of their abilities.

New to community. Called them and they helped me diagnose problem over phone. Told me how access and fix. I repaired. All free service. Very honest trustworthy business.

They called before arrival, and were very courteous. The technician knew his job, and did it well. The price was good as well.

Im going by what my sister,Pat, has said about them...thank you Quality Appliance for being a honesty company and taking care of your clients.

Charged 79.00 and told me it would cost 900.00 or more to fix washer not happy i can buy new cheaper its a rip off to charge 79.00 for 10 minutes he started and shut off and gave me the bill .
