Kyle and his team did a terrific job! It was the first snow fall in Sioux City, and due to my poor tires I slid during a turn and damaged my front bumper. I was very concerned as I have an older Japanese car and I was worried that the parts would be very expensive or hard to find. Kyle gave me an honest, affordable estimate. Kyle spoke with my Insurance company to figure everything out, so all I had to do was file the claim and Precision took care of the rest and all further communication. When I dropped off my car to get it fixed, Kyle and his team kept me updated with the estimated time it would be completed. If something changed, they always kept me informed. They also went out of their way to paint touch up my drivers side door, just as a good deed. They are beyond helpful and friendly. My car looks better than it did before and Im so happy with the outcome! I will be bringing my car back to get some other things repaired. I highly recommend Precision Auto Body!!
