This place is very organized and keeps in constant touch with me while they have my car. Their work is always beautiful and I love that the paint matches perfectly.

Abra did a great job fixing the damage to my car. They even detailed the inside. That alone was worth my deductible for this insurance claim.

Had to have seal on windshield done. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed that they had gone over and above with my vehicle . They had armoralled the inside and washed the outside. I was very pleased and happy to see what they had done.

The repairs were good but what was told to me would be a 6 day repair was a 9 day job. I kept being told that is was going to be painted for three days. They people were nice just dont keep kicking the can down the road. Over estimate and get it done sooner. If you say your going to call with an update call with an update not 3 days later.

Abra in Sioux City will get all my auto body business. They do fantastic work, explain everything clearly and have never exceeded their estimated completion date.

My car was in an accident and Ford had the towing company take it to Abra. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Patrick the manager never calls with updates and always is condescending. He lectured me that if this is the worst thing that happens to me, I am in pretty good shape and told me to smile. My car was there for 4 weeks getting fixed and then continuously had issues after. This was a brand new car going in. Later, I found out they had put USED car parts without telling me. They had to call and tell me months later when my insurance flagged it as out of their policy. I would never, ever advise anyone to use this company. Ever.

They kept me posted everyday of the progress of my repair and went out of their way to arrange a very nice rental car for me while my truck was in the shop. I received an email at least once everyday from them and they really made me feel like they cared as much about my vehicle as I do.
