Take a video of your vehicle before you bring it in. They cracked my windshield and tried to blame it on me. They were rude and would hardly speak to me until I got my dad involved, and then they completely stopped talking to me. Which I found odd because it was MY vehicle, but they were very respectful and understanding of everything HE had to say. I will never go back, and I will be telling anyone and everyone of my experience.

From the moment I called them, they went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of. Had a mixup with my insurance and they still worked with me. Did not charge to hold my car til I could figure something out, even helped me find a salvage yard to sell my car to.
