I’m a young new driver and I’m attending college out of state by myself. I took my car to get the front brake pads fixed and basically ended getting a whole new car except for the engine. I took it in and said they could fix the brakes but they kept calling me saying they were finding something new that was a safety hazard. But really I only needed my brakes but since I didn’t know what was right or wrong. When I got it back I got it checked out by someone else and yeah I only needed my front brake pads

I had a great experience. I woke up with a hole in my tire and they open at 7 and I was in and out by 7:30 with the new tire and it only cost me $75 for all of it. Would definitely recommend the one up on South Sioux by the high V.

I had a friend/mechanic install 1.5 inch leveling kit on front of F-150. Hes done some 12-13 pickups like this. 2-3 of his own pickups as well as others. He recommended that I take it to Tires, Tires, Tires to have it aligned since it would normally need an alignment afterwards and indicated that Tires, Tires, Tires has a pretty good alignment machine. So total on this little upgrade would be $200 total by the time I had it aligned for $60. Reasonable upgrade I thought. I brought truck in. They looked at the truck briefly. My sales rep came to me and indicated that it needed an additional camber kit installed to guarantee a accurate alignment. They wanted $100/wheel on the 2 front where this front leveling kit was installed + $50 labor. I was a little perturbed that I felt that they were trying to upsell me something that wasnt necessary. Immediately I was in contact with my mechanic that installed the level kit. None of the others he put level kit in required such. So he called T,T,T to put his mechanical 2 cents in it for me and spoke with my sales rep. He indicated that as other leveling kits he put in other similar trucks did not require such a camber kit. So shortly after that, the sales rep came to me and basically cut all of the extra parts and labor in half. It was costing me more than I anticipated, but I just decided to be ok with it although I still thought they were putting something on the truck that was unnecessary. They finish my alignment. I pay. Take it home. Afternoon, I decide to go wash truck which was somewhat needing washed. Looking at front drivers side wheel closely, I find a big arch shaped scratch on the edge of rim. This is a 2016 F-150 Lariat Supercrew. Take in mind this is a stickered truck in neighborhood amount of $60,000. Base price on the new aluminum bodied Fords are $45,000. I got it with some extra options which included the upgrade fancy looking 20 inch chrome rims. This truck has about 7200 miles on it. I put low miles on my truck. Maybe 9,000/year. It has not even had a wheel moved on truck other than when I actually physically watched my friend/mechanic install the lift kit on it in his personal garage. The truck hasnt even had the 1st oil change on it. He did not do this. I was there watching the whole time. So I took it back to T, T, T to show them. They looked at it including tire tech who did the alignment. They claim they didnt do it. They claim their alignment machine doesnt even touch the rim. They brought this plastic hub with rubber coated hooks that were supposed to be the only thing that touched the rim. So they stood strong and basically were indicating this couldnt have happened in their shop. So I leave with a damaged rim that will probably cost in the neighborhood of $300-400? to replace it since I am unaware of a wheel like this being repaired to look new again. Another neighborhood shop from what Ive been told will walk around and audit it with you before/after to be sure no damages while in their shop. I posted some of my disgust on social media and did get responses from friends whove been wronged by T,T,T. Guess I shouldve put my feelers out there before this work was done to find a better, more reputable business. Tires, Tires, Tires will never get my business after this bad experience and I WILL be sure to continue to tell my story. Social media is pretty powerful these days other than word of mouth. I guess the sales rep I had nor the shop manager really cared. I told them put yourself in my shoes with the whole situation. A $60,000 truck comes into your shop with 7200 miles, never had a wheel moved other than how I explained it. Never even has had a 1st time oil change. It comes out of your shop with a big ugly smile on the rim. How did it get there ? Wasnt us. Im sure the owner who built the business has no clue because Im sure he wouldve thought differently on this. So end of long story. Bad decision to do this upgrade let alone to take it to a shop who doesnt have a reputable, responsible business practice.

Richard Menke helped me I made my appointment last week when I arrived and checked in Richard made me aware that I was at the wrong Tires Tires Tires however they were going to be able to take care of my oil change I would just have to wait longer Richard kept me informed of what was going on and he even had them check my brakes and give an overall look at how my engine looked as far as oil changes go it was a good experience and well come back and I really didnt have to wait any longer than usual

I love this place! I took my car there because my brakes were grinding. I pretty much had an idea of what I was going to need. The guys were super friendly. They diagnosed my problem in a matter of 20 minutes. They told me the price (which was way lower than I thought it would be) and then called me maybe 45 minutes later and told me the car was done! My first visit required hours of work & that was no big deal for them... All part of a normal day for them. VERY SATISFIED WITH SERVICE. The freshly baked cookies were delicious, the special coffees were good, and the lounge is extremely comfortable, even for long hours.

Been there 3 times,thats 3 times too many. Always too busy to get a flat fixed,was just there bout Saturday11am,wanted 2 tires put on a couple trailer rims(were already off of trailer),Nope, sorry too busy. Maybe monday they told me. Wow. Really cant take maybe 20 min out of your busy schedule to do that. What,just because I didnt buy 1000 dollars worth of tires there, my little mount job is below you. My granddad used to own a tire shop way back when, always made time for any tire job. No job too big or too small. No matter what that person spends in the store. Steer clear of this place.

Call to check on two used tires they told me they call me back in 15-20 minutes about 40 minutes before they closed I waited until 5 to 10 minutes before they closed called back again said I was still waiting for my return phone call they told me to wait a minute and then hung up on me so right at 4 I tried to call back and no one wants to answer the phone and theres no way to leave a message now youre stuck until Monday to figure out if they have tires so obviously I wont be coming back on Monday

I arrived at the tire shop at 10:30 am to mount and balance four tires. At 12:30 I was told 20 more minutes. At 1pm I was told a few more minutes. At 2 pm, I asked to speak with the manager and he said just a few more minutes. Dont come here if your time is valuable and you expect that when they say two hours they dont 4 1/2 hours. Poor customers service, poor managment. If they would have said it was going to take this long I would gave got a ride home from a friend, taken a bus or a cab.

Absolute crooks, had tires put on my wifes vehicle, they told her it needed control arm bushings before they could align it, I replaced the bushings with all the correct parts straight from GM, they then told her I installed the wrong bolts for the alignment but they got it aligned anyways, had it aligned at ben fish a week later and nothing had even been touched, I have been an automotive technician for 5 years and know exactly what was replaced and that it was correct

Well where to start today 2-23-2019 my friend took her jeep in to have it looked at and well the customer service sucked they were rude and looked at us like we were idiots yes we may be females but we arent dumb and dont appreciate being treated like we are. They said they couldnt get it in until Thursday to check it out do to lack of mechanics i say hire more so my friend asked if she could just leave her jeep there until Thursday because she was kind of scared to drive it and the rude guy got an attitude with her and said what leave it here and we move it because we cant leave it i the parking lot because of the snow we gonna be getting and she just said ok sorry and then we both walked out and as we were walking out the rude guy said so do you want me to put you in for Thursday she said no and then he was real professional and threw his notebook around..So we will not be returning their.. We found a better place to take it and where they are respectful and honest..

I honestly wish I could give less than a one star review. On 2/1/19 we took my husbands work car in for and oil change and tire rotation. They call to tell my husband that he needed a new oil pan because the bolt plug to the oil pan is broke and spinning and leaking oil. Well prior to bringing it in there was no leak and the bolt wasnt broke. They refuse to admit that they are the ones who broke it. I can understand if things happen, I wasnt looking for anyone to get in trouble, nor looking for anything free. Really all we wanted was honesty and we werent given that. They wouldnt let us take the bolt out (Which they previously said it would come out but will be spinning when putting back in) well we got home and decided were going to take this bolt plug off. It doesnt even come off it just keeps spinning. So if it were broke before we brought it in to them they wouldnt have been able to get it off. Therefore they broke it, and refuse to take responsibility for what theyve done. Instead chose to lie to our faces, thats horrible customer service.noy to mention we did speak to the manager and he was also dishonest. Way to run a business!!!

I have had a bunch of things taken care of at this location and they have been great. Furthermore, they recently had a great fund raiser for local law enforcement and the staff went out of their way to make the function happen during their normal business hours. Awesome job yaall.

Was in from out of town but noticed some fairly serious looking damage to a specialty, low profile Z rated tire. Easy $200 to repair, but the very friendly and informative clerk explained it was superficial, and something to definitely keep an eye on, but didnt need replaced yet. Could have made the sale and been done with it, but they were honest and did the right thing.

Took the splash guard off our Trail Blazer to change the oil and never put it back on. Called to tell them and they said they had it in the back and we could come get it. Went to get it and was told we dont keep that stuff by Craig. But was told we can go buy one and they would happily charge us to put it on. Also rotated our tires and failed to re balance them and finger tightened our oil plug on the oil pan. Would no recommend taking any vehicle to them and we will never be back. But if you want to be taken advantage of and screwed out of parts take your vehicle to them.

My daughter took her car there and the service was loosey she had a 10 appointment and they didnt even get it in till 1 then she gets it back 2 days later and theres a transmission leak from one of her hoses so she takes it back and then she gets it back the next day and theres no antifreeze in the raditor. The service is crappy. Dont ever take your car there cause theyll charge you and arm and a leg and mess up your car.

My go to for car problems they are really good and always let you know whats wrong, what they recommend, and they ask what you would like to be fixed if you have more than one problem. These guys are amazing.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to check the anti brake warning light that had turned on. I had a hub assembly replaced by a local mechanic last month, a very reputable one, and was told that a wire in the hub assembly had been spliced together and came apart. I was also told my front brakes were at 1mm and needed replaced, the same front brakes I replaced last July. After taking my vehicle back to the mechanic who did my hub work, they confirmed they did not and do not splice wires, that either snow or ice must have popped the wire loose. Also, they confirmed that my front brakes were brand new. I guess the brake special you have going on may have prompted that suggestion that I needed to replace all 4 brakes. Needless to say I have lost a lot of respect for Tires Tires Tires.

Absolute worst and slowest service Ive ever had. Had a scheduled appointment for an alignment and balance took them 3 1/2hrs.... when I bought a new set of tires for another tire place it didnt take them even 2hrs to mount Balance and align the truck. Yet it takes tires tires tires 3 1/2 to just align and balance. Epically when I had an appointment not like I just drove in and asked for it i had an appointment set up just for this.Update to this after I finally get my truck back I get in to leave to leave get on the highway and can hardly hang onto the wheel after I get to 50+ and it pulls left hard worst service Ive ever experienced

Fast and courteous it feels like they care

My dad previously made an appointment to have the AC recharged on our Saab. To make sure I was on time I arrived half an hour before our appointment. The irresponsible employees never wrote down my dads information and costed us time and patience. The employee that helped my dad make the appointment even saw and heard me talking about when my dad came and heard me say his name and ignored me.

I will say, do not get engine, transmission, or suspension work done by a tire business. They arent crooks, they just simply hire young, inexperienced mechanics. Theres nothing wrong with that. They have to start somewhere to pick up the experience, then move on to bigger and better things. Expect to get overcharged for amateur work, if you choose to go beyond tire service.

John had come and told me he noticed the third tire was looking pretty rough. He even had me come back to look at. That gave me piece of mind that theyre not trying to get you to buy things you dont need. If you need any work done on your vehicle. I highly recommend this place.

I got my tires rotated, balanced and aligned. I knew that I probably would need a tie rod replaced and I did but they didnt try and sell me anything I didnt need and my car rides great now!

My husband and myself use tires tires tires alot. Normally when we go they are very nice and look over everything and inform us of anything they see that needs attention. But this last time I went I was let down! I went for an oil change. I asked if they would check my air filter and the guy at the desk said absolutly. Well after 45 mins my car was done. I asked if they check the air filter he said no. So instead of me making a big deal I just paid and left. Well half way home (I live 30 miles from the Gordon drive location where I went) I noticed that $4.75 in quarters from my change was gone. Then when I got home I noticed they didnt even change the sticker on the window that says when I need my new oil change. I called the office the next day to let them know about it all because 1 thing is an accident but stealing along with everything else is just to much. The person whom answered the phone was rude and told me I couldnt prove it was their employees that took the money or if I even had any money in my car. They also told me the sticker wasnt even a big deal and they didnt know why I was making it one. And that unless I tell them I wanted my air filter changed that they didnt have to look at it even though I asked them too. Well why the hell would I ask them to if I didnt want it changed if it was bad. Need less to say they have lost 2 customers because of this!

Say what you want but they get the job done it pretty straight up front with everyone a little spendy at times but thats what car repairs are anymore and if you dont work on them take it to people who know how that sees guys treated me well cleaned out my wallet but SUVs running like a champ. LOL
