Drove 1.5 hours to pu ny online order. Arrived at 3:06pm to a note on the door that says they are closed from 3-4pm. Hours say 10-7. Rediculous!

ALWAYS CLOSED!Sunday says Their open but nope their closed!Try Monday or Tuesday says they close at 6 - 5:10 I arrive and their closing the store.Finally when they are open the lady was a rude and wouldnt help me. Hate this one! Go to singing hills!

I knew what I needed so I gave 2 stars bc items were in stock. The employee greeted me by complaining that she wanted to close up and go next door to taco bell. Explained that she had ordered food and wanted to take her lunch break. Did the same to the next couple who walked in. I felt so uncomfortable! Apparently she doesnt like working Sundays bc its one employee for 8hrs. As if I needed to know all that. She was absolutely old enough to know how to be professional. At least 50.

Worst experience ever. The gals there are not helpful at all. I was greeted be a gal hat kept her head down looking at her iPad. The other gal never said a word till I was headed to the register. I told them this was the worst Sallys Id been to, they didnt say a word. When I explained why I was disappointed, the gal at the register agreed with me! She thought I wasnt talking about her and the other gal, I had to explain myself. Incompetent people! And the hell of it is...they were old enough to know how decent retail stores should behave! I will not return, that was a horrible experience. I have no idea how that store stays open.

Just needed something simple but Sallys had it and at a good price.

Id ask the lady for help and she just kept giving me dirty looks. I already was having a horrible day and Id ask for help and she just would treat me like I was stupid for asking her questions. Im not pleased with this sallys.Im not asking for a simple hello Im just asking to treat your customers that walk in with kindness or approach them and ask them if theyre doing alright.

Very helpful for someone that has no idea what to do with their hair. Thanks again
