Ok, so the store was so dark I had to use my flashlight to shop. (Looked like half of the lights were turned off..why??) All the wigs are in boxes not even marked with COLOR (are we supposed to open every single box?) When I called to ask if they were open and where in the mall they were located, I got the most unprofessional phone etiquette I have ever encountered. I buy alot of extensions and hairpieces but I Wont be going back here until they turn on their lights.
