Great place to shop very wide selection of shoes and good deals.. I got a pair of Converse All Stars that were originally 60 bucks for 25 and they were still brand new out on the floor just came out! I was so excited to see them on clearance for 25 bucks.. would recommend this place to anyone!

Nice selection of shoes. No one came and asked if we needed any help, customers waited on themselves while staff stayed by the register. If you need a quick buy and they have it great, if you are looking for someone to help, good luck

Nice clean store. Some limited availability of some shoes in some sizes. The cool thing is that the prices are fair, and they will ship you any sizes that are not in stock.

Was treated very poorly 😞 by staff and their store manager Katie, when I went to get my shoes I had on hold a staff member think her name was Eli was very rude and had an attitude with me, and then their store manager was even more rude with me and brought all the employees up front and had store meeting w the employees about what was going on me instead of making things right with me who was a PAYING CUSTOMER ! The staff and manager of the SIOUX CITY location need to learn customer service skills and how to treat customers with respect and courtesy rather than being rude and taking an attitude with them, if you dont love your job dont take it out on your customers .

Seen a leather pair of sandals that i loved as soon as i walked in. I have bigger feet that most so they dont always have my size. Overall great place to shop. They even do military discount.

We stopped in to look at their shoe selection. They had many kinds of shoes but we didnt find what we were looking for. Shoe carnival looks like a good place to buy shoes for your family. The had friendly employees working there. They greeted us and ask if we could be helped but were not clingy. We will stop to check out their shoes when we are in need again.

Great shoes, good prices. Not a whole lot of assistance from employees so youd better be fairly self-sufficient if youre planning on shoe shopping here. I was shocked to witness employees have their purses searched before they were allowed to go home at the end of their shifts. I asked if they have a lot if people stuffing shoes into their purses. They told me they do trust their current staff but have had previous trouble. How sad.

My sons feet are growing so fast, but I dont want to put him in cheap shoes. His feet need support while they grow. I love the BOGO sales, I can buy him the size he needs, and get a second pair in the next size up for 1/2 the price!

Ive been here a few times before this visit. This time was very different. I would have been better off going to Walmart than here. I would have gotten the same help. I walked in with my kids to get shoes for the whole family. I walked around the store many times trying to find what I needed without anyone asking me if I needed any help just like Walmart. It hasnt been like this before. They really need to teach the newbies the ways of customer service. Im in customer service btw. I dont know if Ill be going back here again.

I went to buy some shoes and the sales associate was great! She called a manger up so her and I could go find a pair of shoes so we could order them. The moment he came up he was rude and talked down to her and then looked at me and said, Well next time just bring up a box and we can order it that way, it would be a lot easier. Excuse me? I walked out, no employee should be treated that way and I feel more upset for her then my experience itself.
