My mom and I were helped by an awesome girl(dont know her name) and the other coworker Yesh was so nice! Great customer service and great shoes

James was fantastic. I went in to just look around and walked out buying a great pair of boots. He kept making suggestions which I loved and even got me to try on some tennis shoes that I will more than likely buy in the future. Thanks James for the wonderful experience. Its hard to enjoy shopping anymore as good customer service out there is hard to find but this was very enjoyable!

Manager James goes above and beyond to make things right. Wonderful customer service! Other staff were friendly too. Perfect example of how a retail experience should be. Thanks again and we will be back!!!

I just want to say what an absolute AMAZING experience I had while at this store. I have never been around more helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable staff. The customer service was incredible. I went in looking for a decent running shoe (as mine were killing my feet) and was immediately welcomed by the manger James. He had asked me what I liked and what problems I had been having with my current running shoes. I was surprised at how much he knew about every shoe I asked about. Long story short, he found me the perfect shoe and my feet are EXTREMELY happy. Thanks for my new Asics James! I dont think I will ever shop at another shoe store!

I feel personality attacked by the manager, James. My girlfriend walked in, we were not greeted by anyone. We watched as two other fellow customer were greeted and helped. The first thing the manager James said to us was about Birkenstock sandals. He harrased me for already owning a pair, as we were looking at a pair for my girlfriend. They did not have any in stock and we left after James, the manager, cut us off mid sentence to take a phone call. We will not be back!
