I agree with poor service. Was looking for simple drill chuck to start with. Two employees neither willing to help me locate the item. Was going to purchase additional tools and supplies for another project because like to support local when i can. Definitely wont be back. Use to be a good store. Larry was to busy to get up from his desk to help a customer!

Must be trying to show loss for COVID. Nothing on shelves. Went to Home Depot around corner and spent $600 on batteries and stuff we needed

Terrible! I was looking for a router table and a couple specialty bits for my shop. Front of the store is littered with hand written signs of what not to do. 2 people working, neither of which offered to help me. (Too busy eating). Empty shelves, way over priced on everything I looked at. $67 for a flush trim bit I can go to any where else and get top quality for under $35. 0 stars.

Favorite store in the area by far. They can and have gotten me everything Ive needed. Im heavy into custom furniture that calls for good, quality tools; not the kind you find at the box stores. Lately though, their prices have risen, the employee turnover is getting rough and honestly, I dont think any of them except one guy in there actually uses any of the tools... They just know the tools by part/product numbers... That being said, its a good store worth visiting.

They actaully close at 530. . we walked in at 525 and they turned the lights off on us once we entered.. lady said sorry were closed... o sorry we work 6 to 5 and would like to buy alot of tools but ok will go next door to home depot then!

Not really good so far google says they open at at 7:30 Ive been sitting in the parking lot since 7:30 watching the employees drink coffee waiting on them to open the store apparently they dont open till 8

Has an okay selection of tools and accessories, but the prices are high.
