I called ahead to see if they had key fob batteries and they did. I went right over and they quickly changed out the battery for me. He was very polite and thanked me for my business. Definitely will go back.

Ive not had worse customer service. I was told I could use Streamlight batteries for my Emisar D4v2--a very good flashlight. When the expensive batteries didnt work, I later found out why: Streamlight batteries work only in Streamlight flashlights, which are not all that great. Had a difficult time returning the batteries. Shabby treatment by manager.

After making an appointment with The Apple Store in Omaha and getting told the only way to fix her iPhone back camera was to buy new. I tried Batties Plus Bulbs since Ive been a customer several times of theirs. In less than a half an hour, it was all fixed! I did however find out weeks later (she mostly only texts) that she can no longer make calls unless its on speaker so Ill hopefully be returning to get that fixed.Ive been a repeat customer and will continue to be! Great service.

Called to get a quote on a Samsung Galaxy S5 that had a cracked screen which belonged to my Husband. The guy was very friendly and helpful, then provided me with a quote. I went to their website and scheduled an appointment and got a $10.00 discount but could not print it out. Guess what! I still got the discount. I was greeted when I walked in and thanked for my business when I walked out. Oh yeah, the phone works GREAT! My husband was all smiles as this was a surprise. These guys know their stuff, they are friendly and knowledgeable. As an added bonus, they are the cheapest in town in phone repairs. And...my daughter has a cracked screen on her iPhone and I will be a repeat customer!

I ordered a new battery for my Note 4 cell phone online. By ordering online I received a 10% discount. Within five minutes I received an email telling me the battery was ready for pick-up. The battery is a Duracell with a lifetime warranty and lasts longer than the original Samsung battery did when it was brand new. Very happy with this purchase.

The whole team was very knowledgeable except for the part where I ordered a white screen and received a black screen the service was spot on.

Took in my non-operating garage door opener. They actually tested my old battery prior to selling me a new one. Found out my battery was fine and its probably a little loose or the motor needs reset. Nice to know they didnt take advantage of the situation just to make a sale!

I went in and paid $200 to have my phone screen replaced. The only thing wrong with my phone was the cracked screen. They did a series of test while I was there to ensure the phone was working correctly and it was. I picked my phone up and have had nothing but trouble with it. It constantly pops up menus and scrolls thourgh screens just like someone is touching the screen when no one is. The phone is unable to be used when charging because the slightest movement of the charging cord and menus pop on the phone and apps even open. It often drops the siginal from 4g to 3g and on rare occasion to 1x. I never had any of these problems before. I went back to the store and explained my problems. They promised to call their tech support and order a new screen to redo the repair. In the end they did nothing. They wont even call me back. I even have a friend who knows the owner and spoke to the owner and they refuse to do anything. I dont even want my money back. At very least they could have called their tech support and let me know what they said but they couldnt even do that. This company is a complete joke and cares nothing about their customers not even enough to make a phone call.
