The staff and manager was very helpful. They took returns without any problems and I called the store for a lot of information about the brakes on my car.

The Parts Associate was very helpful in finding what I needed for early model 4x4. He no problem identifying a rare option mine had that made all the difference. Really knows what hes doing. I believe that everyone calls him Eddie.

Not a happy camper. The one on gordon drive was the problem. I ordered parts that wasnt gonna ne in til Monday. Guess that they were in Friday and I got no calls to let me know too. Also they sold the parts to someone else. What in the world is their problem?? They were rude about it too. Never had a problem at Hamilton. Make them look bad.

Had called ahead and asked specifically for the right parts they told me they had them in stock and the person even double check for me to make sure as soon as I get there they tell me they dont have them and I have to order them so Im paying for taxi rides all over just for them to give me the run around. The workers obviously didnt seem to know a thing about their job. Poor service

If you cant find a part number for something you need repaired or replaced, AutoZone will be your savior. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help and can find almost anything you need to know about your vehicle. I believe they also read computer error codes for free. I came here regularly for bulb replacements, since part numbers vary so much between manufacturers.

Customer service here is the best. They couldnt provide the part I was after but they tried time and time again to order it. Give them an A+ for their effort.

I asked to have my vehicle scanned. They couldnt. Said my car was too old. Then dont advertise saying all vehicles. Because its not true. Not happy
