I dropped off my car in the morning and your courtesy driver took me to work. Came to pick up the car later in the day and they were just going to wash it. Had to wait a few minutes for that to be done. Thanks for your good service and for the CAR WASH. It really needed it.

One of the best car dealership I have ever experienced in purchasing a new vehicle. Marshall my salesman was on top of everything and kept me posted, he even came in on his day off to deliver the car. The dealership is professional without reproach. Went there yesterday looking for a new car. Left with a Brand new Hyundai Sonata and a full tank of gas! My fiancé and I are very happy with it! We had our 6week old daughter and my 7 year old son along for the trip and they offered to watch the kids while we test drove 😂. A little over one week ago I went to Woodhouse looking for a new Dodge Van to replace the one I have been driving for 12 years (by the way, this is the 3rd Dodge Caravan I have owned). Justin listened to me, he really listened......then he went to work to find exactly the van I wanted. It happened to be one of those very warm days we have been having-still, Justin was out in the lot finding exactly what I was looking for.I feel that I must add one more point to fully describe the service Justin provided that day. Briefly, I am a lover of Golden Retrievers and frequently use my van to get my Golden out for exercise. I ordered my car and paid for it upfront. When the car came in 2 months ago, the remote start wasnt even synced with the car. They couldnt fix it then so i have to return to get it hooked up. I paid extra for this feature and i live 200 miles from the dealership. Then i receive a check in the mail today for 400$ from woodhouse. I called and asked them about it, and found out i bought an insurance for the car that it doesnt even qualify for. They didnt notify me or anything. All they had to do was order the car and get paid in full. Still love my lancer, but not a great car buying experience.

We delt with James at the Dodge store on a used jeep and the experience was excellent. We will be back to deal here again.

I just purchased a 2017 Ram 2500 Tradesman and the experience was superb. The salesman Tom The Zone Frisbie was awesome. He is still a little new but he did great work and was able to answer or get the answers to all my questions. Richard back in the finance department did a stellar job as well and got me into a payment that was perfect for the tough budget I gave him. Johnny was also very helpful in sales he was the go to guy to answer any question that Tom The Zone Frisbie wasnt sure about. I love working with the GMs Ryan and Dominic because they ALWAYS go out of their way to find me the best deal for my money. Even Rick in finance found me a better deal!! I wont go anywhere else!!

My girl has been taking her car here for 2 years has been diagnosed with everything you can think of. Everything was wrong. Until we took it to another out of state place and they instantly found the issue and some that has been built up. Now we are staring at an over $1550 bill.
