Well last time Ive been there I was looking for a black hoodie, but the only one I found was made of some kind of weird fabric. Didnt like it. Maybe it was just a bad time to visit (early january). I didnt like any item and ended buying nothing and leavig.

I bought things in this company, but due to the cashiers mistake, I had to make a return because the purchases were 100 PLN more than they should! Despite this, for two weeks I still cant get my money back (and it was over PLN 500) !!! The store does not feel guilty in any way and only offers help in providing proof of the transaction. Scandal! Avoid as much as you can !!!

On Saturday, around 7 pm, I visited this store in a bad mood, but after entering the store everything changed. At the start I was greeted by a beautiful, quite short brunette with beautiful brown eyes. She charmed me with her personal culture and willingness to help. After a short time, she was able to advise me very well and found clothes to my liking. I was quickly satisfied with the shopping and certainly thanks to such a nice lady from the service I will visit this store more than once or twice, even for the lady herself and not for clothes.

Today I wanted to buy things in the store, unfortunately it did not work because no contactless payment, no APPLE PAY payment, where it is in all stores in the Gallery. Unfortunately, I did not buy the goods because a card is required which is given to the seller and the seller is put in the terminal. I think they knocked them down, I advise against them and do not recommend them! The lack of such a basic service qualifies this store as a total bottom!

A very nicely decorated shop, I had the pleasure to visit him and a friend when we were shopping at Galeria Mokotów. What happened was hard to describe in words, you just had to be there. The manager called for protection, then she surrounded us with her employees and accused him of unloading some clothes and leaving him. She stated that she had a recording and told us to leave the shop, the protection was waiting in front of the entrance. We were threatened with the police, when we asked her to explain and to show us the alleged recording, the manager went to record, leaving us with protection, which used violence against my colleague. She came back announcing that he would not show us the recording, because he would not let us into the back. We could not re-enter the store, the police were not called and everyone disbanded. We were treated like a shit, we were not presented with any proof, covering the accusation, were dishonored, because the passing people looked at us as if they were thieves. Ive never experienced anything like that, and Ive been living for a quarter of a century. On 06/04/17. manager in the Holistic Shop in Galeria Mokotów, about 14 oclock, thank you for unfounded expulsion from the store and making purchases impossible for us to come.
