This walmart on Floyd Blvd is the best one always stocked up and clean in the produce and meat sections! I recommend 👌🏽

My son bought a game. Sales associate in electronics gave the wrong game. Wasn’t aware until he broke the seal. Went back not even 10 minutes later and they refused to exchange it due to it not being the exact same game ( per disc vs download). Now he had to pay for the correct game and I’m out $60.00. But they will give people money back for anything else. Always drop $200 or more every other day there. Done shopping there.

Usually well stocked, people working here helped me to find items couple of times.

The new look is something that will take a little time to get used to. The part I dont feel I can get used to is the poor service, rude employees. Ask about an item and get pointed to an area and told it is over there someplace, if we have any. Took a tire in to get taken and remounted. One person working counter at 3 oclock, 5 people waiting to get taken care of at counter. First guy asks me what I was there for. Told him what was needed, he walked off. Told my tire would only take about 15 minutes, good I had other things to shop for. Go back to get tire after shopping for an hour and half, told he was just getting ready to put tire back on. He goes out and moved my tire over to machine and talks to another employee in garage. Told it would be about 3 minutes. Took another half hour to get my tire back. This is not first time I have had issues with this tire service center. Only reason I keep going back is it is the closest.

Although I foundwhat I was wanting, being handicapped, I had to wait forever for a riding cart. It seems to me that we should be able to shop like everyone else. It is not just this store, but all of them. The carts are not kept in working condition and there are not enough of them. One store only had 4 carts and one was not working. This is not fair. Maybe you do not want the handicapped to shop in your stores or maybe I should mention discrimination?!

Great place. One thing i do dislike is that almost all the lanes are shut down. Ans, honestly you have to ring up your whole cart. So if you work lets say a 12 hour day who wants to go shopping then have to ring up your whole carr full plus bag them. I never really reazlied how many peoples jobs we have to to ourselves thmfor them.. its kind of annoying and very inconvenient for some.

Walmart recently remodeled. Products are harder to find now. Unfortunately most of the workers there can hardly even a were answer questions for ya. If there is a place for a product on the shelf but there are none stocked, when you ask if they can check in the back for it and they deny doing it. Not very good customer service on their behalf.

Dont care for any wally world facility, any family owned business is wiped out, cause they feel that they cant compete against them. ww prices are not all that great, especially with the big ticket items. and, whenever they leave a building, they dont allow a competing business to go into that empty spot. whats the matter, afraid to compete with the little guy ?!?!???!

The associates in the pharmacy helped me and were well qualified and answered all of my questions.

I love Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart cash sending service. So easy to receive money from my family out of town. The customer service counter was quick and easy to deal with.

Walmart is gunna lose my business... They are always moving stuff and now only 1 human cashier... If I have a whole cart full of stuff Im not trying to scan it myself and bag it... They need to lower prices if I have to do it myself....

Last Friday (June 18th) I had right shoulder reversal surgery. Yesterday I needed to pick up some essentials at Walmart. My right arm was in a sling. As I went through a manned check out lane the young female cashier stated to me that she would empty my cart on the conveyor. After she completed emptying my cart she started ringing up my purchases. As I reached with my left arm to grab the bags already checked she stated. Dont pick up the bags, I will put them in your cart for you. I completed my purchase and expressed sincere thanks for get help. Her response was that Walmart cares for their customers. I wish I got her name. Perhaps somehow she will see this post. Basic Walmart, lots of empty shelves, few clerks on duty for check out, disgruntled employee demanding to check everyones receipt against the items in their bag or cart before they can leave the store, staff at returns / customer service area short & rude with customers. If you have a different shopping option use it.

Nice clean store all the shelfs are stocked. All the employees are friendly and helpful.

Stores currently going through a remodel, however, it hasnt affected the wait times in the lines.. the stores kind of confusing with the new setup but I still recommend this place because of the wide selection and the great customer service!

Shopping quick and easy. Wife had to return something without a receipt and they put it on a Walmart gift card.

I dont work for wal mart . Why should you have 10 employees standing around while us customers ring ourselves out and your employees stare like we about to steal something. If they are that worried about theft then make them check people out. Im still gonna request a w-2 at tax time cause if I got to do there work then I want compensation!

This Wal-Mart has really gone down hill! The cleanest of the store as a whole is dirty. The store seems to be over crowed somehow. The employees and management should take classes in customer service and friendleyness.

While theyre doing work by the doors there is no signs stating where everything was closed at which I known I would have parked closer but the area that was open

When employees(multiple) are standing and watching customers do their job and ring up the groceries something is very wrong. Wish I got paid to stand and watch people.

Walmart on Floyd Blvd in Sioux City is always clean, well stocked and the staff especially a young lady by the name of Amberlynn are always helpful abd courteous. This is one of the better Walnarts in town . I shop here often and will continue to do so .

Rude employees. Your not working the state penitentiary, its WalMart. In retail where the customer is ALWAYS right. Its like they wait to attack people. At least HYVEE understands how to treat people and if not the manager can change their minds. I might have to spend a little more to grocery shop but its better than the treatment one can receive at Walmart. Spose Id be mad to if I had to live on welfare while still having a job.🤣🤣🤣🤣

A curbside side employee, I dont recall his name but if it helps he was a younger taller thin caucation with brown shorter hair who brought out my orders several times through the month of March and April 2021 to my vehicle get 5 stars! He deserves a raise. Great communication and showed curtisy great customer service a friendly smile. Thank you WalMart for great and organized side delivery service.Miss Holli

I love being able to go to Walmart and get just about anything, but it has been far to crowded considering everything that has happened with the pandemic. Theyre not enforcing social distancing. Theyre not limiting the number of people in the store. They let people in without a mask which is dangerous for those of us with compromised immune systems. I think they could do a much better job at making their store safer.

Old and heavy..people whom..cannot...walk long distances.. like. Many young people...who takes them on joyrides...throughout the store leave them...in the parking lot..ect

Please update how you take care of all the leaks from the roof. Letting it drip on the refrigerator section in the center is a big health issue. Plus putting a bucket/trash can on a shelve to catch water just for it to miss and drip on paper products please remove items from affected areas.

This is a very nice store for Walmart. They have a good selection of books and home accent pieces. The staff is generally friendly, and the bathrooms are cleaned and have been recently updated.

Very dis appointed in the process for returns for Walmart.com. Mistreated by customer service manager and refused to listen. Wont deal with that walmart any longer. The one on Floyd Blvd in Sioux City Iowa. Which means longer inconvenient commute for me. However the yellow vest as well as the first young lady that helped me were VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING. I not once was greeted not even by the greeter.😳😳💔 Walmart is my favorite store just not that one. Smh

I was at 2 different area Walmarts. I guess the self checkout thing still aggravates me. Half the time it doesnt work as it should. Mostly they are having the customer ring up & bag their own prrchases. Why have prices not gone down?

Alisa, night customer service didnt let me return my bike after 2 day of purchase, and has a really bad attitude, so I returned other walmart no problem.If i cant return it at lease dont give me that bad attitude.

Check the fruits and veggies, sometimes moldy. Otherwise you cant blame the store based solely on their customer base 🤷‍♂️

Having only three cashiers on a Friday night is ridiculous not everybody has the ability to to understand how to do the self checkout and if youve got hundreds of dollars in groceries how can you do the self checkout thats ridiculous

I went into to look for some flip flops. I totally understand safety precautions need to be in place however, not to the extent of what I experienced! It an inconvenience to shop here. Thats at any Walmart right now. If you are disabled or have a hard time walking you have to just be inconvenienced I guess. You have to walk to the other door even if the only handicap spot you find is on the other side of the parking lot. They make you walk through the self check out to exit the store even if you didnt purchase anything. They claim its emergency exits. It is not its there to bother people who want to simply leave the store if they didnt find what they are looking for. I get it people steal and I use to work at this location. I just do not agree with Inconveniencing the shopper because they cant keep their theft under control. I will not be returning for a long time if ever. Correct your exits.

I waited for over an hour at jewelry continuously pressing the need help button screeen thing, finally someone showed up to go get someone who could help me... the electronics guy had no clue about what he was selling or what was in his stock.. wanted to get several things I didnt because of the worst WalMart experience; they lost out on over 2000 dollars. Go to the singing hills blvd wal mart its better.

It does a pretty good job of keeping items in stock. Produce was low quality for awhile but seems to have improved. I should get a discount for checking out my own items.

Nice place to get everything you want from food to camping gear at great prices. Only downfall, overcrowding!!

Always busy. Has this horrible smell out in the parking lot. The staff are nice but checkout can be a hassle especially if you are in a hurry.

The Wal Mart on Floyd Blvd in Sioux City Iowa is cleaner and very well organized compared to the one on Singing Hills blvd. The employees are a heck if a lot friendlier and more knowledgeable.

Better to stop during the day to avoid weekend crowds.
