I mainly use the mobile app to call my order ahead. My beverage is always ready upon my arrival.The one thing that stands out about Caribou is the TASTE.It is far better than their competitor (Star-something).If you havent had a Caribou Beverage, do yourself a favor andgive it a try, you will be glad you did.

Coffee was great but I walked in and I was the only customer at the counter and there was no car in the drive thru but the two women ignored me until I made enough noise to get them to acknowledge me

Went through the drive thru and the people working were very nice and friendly. Even gave my cat a pup cup.

Everytime I have been there the service is good. I came in with a big order today and Isabel and the staff got everything right.

Service was quick and friendly. They have a good selection of both caffinated and non caffinated drinks. Went for the cookies and cream cooler (no coffee)- very good!

Caribou’s espresso actually does what espresso should do (unlike a certain other popular chain), it energizes. And the espresso is delicious, my go to is a large dark chocolate iced mocha. I also love the fact that there are multiple chocolates to choose from for the mochas. The espresso is also fresh, which is questionable with Starbuck’s iced lattes.Mark at this location is the perfect addition to the Caribou experience. He is full of energy, super interactive with customers, and acts like every day is the best day. I haven’t had one visit with him at drive through window where I don’t leave smiling. He even plays Rock Paper Scissors to pass time while you wait for your drink, but winning isn’t his strong suit. Get that man a raise!I recommend Caribou 10/10.

Nice place, friendly staff. 3rd visit in a month. Usually only visit 1 or 2 times a year. Dark Roast was decent today. Apple Fritter was decent, bagel toasted well, I would have liked more cream cheese, but I pile it on thick. 1st trip had an ok Dirty Chai. If I lived on that side of town, would visit more.

Best coffee in Sioux City. The staff are helpful and friendly. If your looking for a good coffee drink, this is the place.

They said my order of 10 bags of coffee and a fresh coffee was over $100 and too big a charge for their system. They then reran my order as 5 bags each. That also would not go through. I switched to a card with $90,000 credit line and it still did not go through. I then had to switch to American Express and split the order in to 5 bags each and it finally went through with the manager doing the transaction. They swear it never went through on my other 2 cards. I will try Starbucks in the future.

The staff are incredibly sweet and kind, and know the drinks they sell very well. Im a semi-regular here, and have literally never had a poor experience. The location is great (set back a ways from a rather busy street) and in easy walking distance of shops. Inside is very cozy, with stuffed chairs and a fireplace. I couldnt ask for more!

The people working are always so nice and the coffee has a better flavor (to me) than Starbucks. I love a bold flavor and they never disappoint no matter what Caribou you go to. Plus theres always a cute cup and their merch is awesome!!

This is a great coffee shop with delicious breakfast sandwiches and bakery items (the coffee cake is to die for). I highly recommend Caribou to anyone looking for a good tasting cup of coffee. So many varieties and they are willing to make any drink they can for you. The employees are super nice, great management, overall great atmosphere, taste and experience.

We had a fantastic experience at this Caribou! Four of us came in for sandwiches and drinks and service was very quick. The general manager was awesome! He chatted with us and answered all of our questions about the menu, And offered suggestions to those were inexperienced with Caribou. Great visit and I will definitely be back soon!

Everyone is great... Caribou really does bring the best to serve their customers. Ive been coming here for years and seen many workers and managers, theyre all fantastic. Oh, and the coffees good, too.

I visit this Caribou frequently. The workers are always very friendly and efficient. I always look forward to walking though the door knowing the baristas have good suggestions for trying something new. The atmosphere is extremely cozy and perfect for a good study session.

Good coffee. Clean restroom. Always helpful and nice staff. Prices are a bit expensive but thats usually the case with coffee places.

Check out the caribou for most of northeast Nebraska and eastern Iowa food was good and drink was good. Prices could be a little be lower maybe a coupon for corporate to come up with.

Disappointed. I used to always order the iced blended turtle mocha but, they dont make it like they used to. It used to have turtle pieces in and sprinkled on top. When we asked twice they said thats how its always been made. My husband offered to pay more to have it made with turtle pieces but I only recieved a plain iced coffee. 😞 I guess Ill have to look for another place that comes close to that. 😔😔

Charming and cozy; brighter and not as cold and modern as a Starbucks. Prices are comparable to any other coffee shop. Cant recommend their specials, I just take coffee black. Fireplace doesnt put out a lot of heat, and its not as warm as it could be for the winter. Has wi-fi
