No dining inside yet. Drive thru is always a hot mess, and drinks taste different every time. Wait isnt terrible if you mobile order and go in though.

Love the coffee and when I have to work both my jobs I would love to stop and get something to get me thru. Problem? Well everytime I go to my second job a little after 5 you all have a chair in the drivethru blocking it. Why? Do you not want my money? Guess not Peachwave has it now.

Stopped this morning for two cups of coffee at the drive through. After ten minutes at the window they apologized that it was taking so long “because we can’t find the cream….” Really???

Still in this late date they havent been able to figure out how to allow inside table use! All other restaurants have. Drinks are still good but not in the same league as a local competitor Stone Bru. Have gotten even more expensive.

Not all Starbucks are created equal. This is an excellent one. Very clean, great service, free WiFi. nice outdoor seating area. And great place to study as long as its not too busy.

I went to Starbucks, it wasn’t even busy, they took 20 minutes. Which it usually normal. They got 2 out of 3 drinks wrong. The drinks were absolutely gross and made me puke. That’s a lot coming from since i love Starbucks and always goes.

Let me start by saying these baristas do not get enough credit. They have some of the weirdest and rudest customers I have ever seen in restaurant industry. I have witnessed customers say some horrible things to the employees, which is never warranted, and the employees are nothing but professional and try their hardest to make things right. I would just like to say thank you for working so hard in such a thankless job!

Incredibly slow service in the drive-thru. Stuck in line for over 20 minutes and only on car in front of me when I arrived.

Took forever to get through line and coffee was mediocre at best. I usually love going to Starbucks but its hasnt been good the last quite a few trips I have taken there in the last 6 months.

I really dont care for their prices and I cant understand how its legal to block streets and intersections because of their drive through. Its not just one certain Starbucks its mostve of them. Maybe its just me but I dont think going to Starbucks entitles me or anyone one to block traffic.

This Starbucks is the slowest drive thru ever. I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes and no one answered. Had to drive around and worker was hanging out the window chatting to another person without the head set even on. Then on top of that, the order was wrong.

Theyre never thorough with the description of their orders. So when you want to try something new, they rush you to finish your order. And wouldnt you guess, they usually get it wrong and if you have the rewards, their scanner never works.

I’ve been going back and forth on whether I wanted to write a review or not. I used to work at Lakeport back in 2016/2017. I am a huge Starbucks and coffee fan. Having worked there, I have an understanding of how intensely stressful it can be. The past few months, I’ve gone through the drive thru a few handful of times. The line is always wrapped around and it ALWAYS takes 26+ minutes. I literally keep track from the moment I get in line, every time. But, it is what it is. Like I said - I get it. Earlier, I went to pick up groceries at HyVee on Gordon, and placed my mobile order the moment I pulled up to HyVee. After they loaded my groceries into the car, I headed to Starbucks. I had a feeling I’d still be waiting for the drink, and was mentally prepared for that. What I wasn’t prepared for was seeing how incredibly slow the partners were moving. Four hours later and I’m still feeling so befuddled. I was fighting a panic attack about it for fifteen minutes lol. It’s hard to be empathetic when you see people literally going so slow, ESPECIALLY having worked there before! I understand stress! I understand how difficult it is to multitask (I’m Neurodivergent)! However... It’s part of of the job. From the time I placed my mobile order to the time I received my drink, it had been 38 minutes. Watching two partners on bar, making one drink at a time, and PAINFULLY slowly, oh my gosh it was excruciating. I ordered decaf and I have a strong feeling that it’s not decaf (I’m really sensitive to caffeine, as I do not drink it because I breastfeed). I also ordered cold foam, and there was no cold foam lol. Guyssss I’m just 😭 I love Starbucks, I love Lakeport. Please do better 😭😭😭

Probably the slowest drive up Ive ever been to in a Starbucks. Dont know if its the lack of help or whats going on. Not even a busy time of day middle of the afternoon. People are even turning around and driving away.

Lakeport commons location is Always busy. Once in the drive thru line you can’t get out. I’ve waited 45 minutes before. I’ve seen people jump the curb to escape. Then-as an added bonus-they regularly close early without warning.

The cashier who was there was super nice.She asked me about my day and if I had done anything interesting today. I told her I had just gotten my quince dress and her face lit up. She was so interested in my dress and asked what color it was. Overall she was such an awesome employee and hope she gets a raise or something cuz she is truly one of a kind!

Rarely open, even in the middle of the day due to COVID. Drive an hour to get coffee and there’s a note on the drive thru screen 60% of the time saying “closed, sorry”.

Messed up 1st order gave us wrong Frappuccinos then they remade our Mocha Frappuccino we left had to come back because it didnt taste right had no flavoring then had to remake it again had to go inside then finally got it right .

Starbucks isnt a bad place to go. I get a little upset when they speciality coffee and theyre out. Not too happy about that especially when it just came out. Sometimes the workers can be a little bit unfriendly and rude. They also dont much about the drinks either. Not sure if Ill be back or not yet.

Dont bother wasting your time to come here on a Sunday. Theyre never open anymore since the pandemic. Hamilton and 23rd will gain my business since they stay open. They also turn off mobile order 80% of the time as well so its a hassel to come here anymore. I use dto be an everyday customer but I barely even touch this store once a week anymore.

The staff are friendly, but some of them had a lot of pet fur all over their black t shirts. The bathroom had not been cleaned in, at least, a month. Totally gross! There were boxes stacked up in the main sitting area. For a place this new it looked pretty shabby. My coffee was excellent though! The place just needs better up keep.

Why should it take almost 30 minutes in line for a simple latte? Drive-thru lane has tall curbs and its next to a very busy road - so no way to escape the line. Ugh. Hate this.

Ordered a peppermint mocha and a peppermint hot chocolate with extra whipped cream. Received to hot chocolates no whipped cream.

Ive been at two Starbucks recently at Sioux City. The one in the Target store I give 5 stars to. The young lady that makes the coffee is outstanding. I dont recall her name off hand, but she has a very nicely done tattoo on her forearm. The way she is with customers is exemplary.The other Starbucks is a freestanding building in the shopping center by Michaels. That gets four stars, maybe 4.5.

Online says open til 7 pm, preordered coffee, arrived at store 6:05 pm.......CLOSED. AGAIN. And they dumped my order. LOVE my Starbucks crew but this is getting old. :(

There is literally no reason a person should wait for 20 minutes for a drink, especially when the mobile order says its ready in 1-4. Tron (hopefully I remembered his name) was helpful, and most of the workers seem friendly, it is just ridiculous to have so many customer waiting.

This store is a mess and not what I expect from a Starbucks. Bathroom was out of soap (was filled promptly after informing staff), lobby was dirty (dust, splattered beverages), in addition to cluttered with boxes everywhere. Out of stock of several items including receipt paper so no receipt could be given. We will follow up with corporate and provide photos.

Wife sent me to pick up something for her and a coworker. 6:05 am and the drive through was 5 cars deep already. I went inside to avoid the line and waited 3 minutes to be acknowledged even though I had been seen by three workers as I walked in and stood by the register. It took 15 minutes to get my order even though there was no one in front of me inside the store. On the plus side, at least I got to hear all about their Friday nights before while I waited.

The dirtiest I’ve ever seen it. Floors, counter! No TP in bathroom. Very disappointing! Got order right second time around. What’s going on! It’s like a free for all.

The coffee is always was fabulous. We typically go inside to order, but we went through the drive-thru to save time. We could not hear anything over the speaker, granted we are old farts, but it was extremely frustrating... the staff was very professional, sweet and did not take offense. They were very patient with us staff gets 5 stars speaker system gets one star

The Starbucks in Hyvee on Gordon Drive is the best one in town. The people are awesome. Always friendly fast service and your drink is always made perfect the first time

Long waits, always out of something, and short with customers. I was in town staying close to this location, so I would stop almost daily. However, half of the time I would end up leaving and go to either another location or to a different coffee shop altogether. I just cant believe another coffee chain doesnt take advantage of this. Scooters has a better tasting espresso, but there wasnt one close to me. Even the times I ordered ahead at this location, my coffee wasnt ready!

My experience was AWFUL. I ordered my drink and sat down to wait and ended up waiting for 40 minutes. Everyone before me and a lot of people after me had already left. I told them I was missing my drink and they told me (with attitude) it was going to be a 20 MINUTE WAIT for lobby. Not only did I wait for a long time, but they weren’t working very fast and were slacking off. Definitely a no from me.

Someone needs to come do an overhaul of this store... they NEVER open when they say they will. It’s 6:11 now and there is an employee who can’t get into the store... and a line of us in the drive thru. Just this week alone.. out of 7 days— they have only been open on time TWO of the times. It’s just absurd.

Great team at this store. They are always friendly and are quick to fix any mistakes; which rarely happens. The atmosphere is relaxing with a good energy. Striking up a good conversation with a stranger, is a common thing.

Im from Washington where there is a Starbucks on every block and its always on point. This one is a bit different. There a few really friendly employees but theres also a few that are really rude. And one girl is always bsing with the other employees through the headset and wont say a word to you when you get up to the window. I come here about 3 to 4 times a week and it never fails when shes at the window. No smile no greeting half the time doesnt even give me my total. Just takes my money, gives me coffee and shuts the window. Shes been quit rude to my mother as well. But the gentlemen that is sometimes at the window is super friendly. He always seems to be hustling unlike the other girl. theres also another chick here that always looks extremely pissed I dont think Ive ever seen her crack a smile. Also the service is pretty slow here. But usually my drink is right and tastes good and there arent many other options for coffee in this town so hopefully they train better on customer service here.

Slowest drive thru ever. The line typically extends into Sergeant Rd and almost blocks traffic. Expect to wait at least half an hour. Nothing from a drive thru is worth that. Unacceptable service.

Can’t get enough of Starbuck’s refreshers! Really digging the strawberry açaí and very berry hibiscus lately, they’re perfect for summer! Friendly staff with great service, and I love that the company is starting to use sip lids instead of straws!

Use Starbucks all the time. At 10:30 AM This store was disgustingly dirty. Flies all over the inside sitting on food at pick up area, floor dirty with paper scraps & crumbs. Table tops not wiped off, and the bathroom wastebasket over flowing with sink area sloppy. There were at least 5 people behind the counter. Tried to give me the end of the pot with GROUNDS in the cup. Outside patio needed sweeping. Overall this place did NOT measure up to Starbucks quality that we usually depend on!

The drinks tasted fine and staff was friendly. However, the bathrooms were completely disgusting. There was toilet paper all over the floor. Feces on the toilet seat. The sink had build up around the handles that had to have been there for months. There was who knows what on the tile walls, but it was gross. This was far more than simply a few messy people ahead of me, but built up grime. I typically enjoy Starbucks because it will be consistent, but this was a rather gross experience.

Super clean with good service. Have had my drink messed up multiple times however. Much of the staff seems like they feel rushed. I would gather have my drink spot on after 5 minutes than messed up in 30 seconds.

Horrible service and atmosphere. This location has tanked in the last year... the waits are far too long. Tonight I ordered A venti white mocha doubleshot. I was told that the drink couldnt be made because it requires a shaker cup, even though every other location makes it all the time. To make matters worse when I got to the window she handed me a grande. When I told her I ordered a venti she said no you didnt you ordered a grande then said are we good then shut the window almost immediately. Ive been going to this location regularly for 10 plus years and have never once ordered a venti, or experienced this type of service.

This Starbucks has a lot of potential to be a great place, but unfortunately it doesnt reach the mark. First, the bathrooms are some of the worst bathrooms Ive ever seen in a Starbucks. There was toilet paper all over the floor, the trash bag was 2 sizes too big for the trash can, and there was hair and residue built up around the sink. Second, the staff are friendly when they can be, but they talk about a lot of private things that should not be mentioned so openly around customers. They seemed more interested in each others social lives than serving customers. One time, I went up to order a venti water, and the barista had to leave a conversation with a coworker to come help me. When I asked her for a water, she was shocked and said, You really just came for a water? It was kind of rude, and I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Besides these things, the Starbucks has a really cool design, and I like the large tabletops for working.The outdoor space is great too. Furthermore, my orders have always been correct so far and made promptly. I wish everything was better taken care of and the people were a little bit nicer. It has the potential to be really well done if management took a little more charge.After a couple months of coming here regularly because I don’t have an office currently, the staff situation has improved. The staff have been a lot better about getting to know me and engaging in conversation. I have appreciated the efforts a lot in that respect. The bathrooms still haven’t improved which is a bummer. Otherwise, they’re making strides.

This place has the worst drive-through I have ever experienced. I was in the drive-through line for over 30 minutes waiting and You can’t back out and you can’t move forward or go around. Worst customer service ever

Drive thru was closed for some reason. Inside was dirty with straw wrappers and straws everywhere including a half mini gallon of milk sitting out on the pick up counter and a finished drink that sat there so long it was seperating. They were out of everything I asked for and when they finally did have something they only made half the drink. 3 out of 4 of my drinks were caramel and only one got caramel sauce drizzled on it. The cashier talked my daughter into a drink with colorful sprinkles on top and tada no sprinkles. I will definently stick to scooters from now on!

Negative stars! My husband and I have been there multiple times in the last few months, order the same to simple drinks and everytime its not at all what we ordered. This last time the drink were so gross we couldnt even drink them.
