The pump was kinda slow but it was a nice place to stop for fuel and refreshments. I couldn’t find something in the store and an associate was kind to help me find it.

Stopped here at 4am. Was disappointed in how dirty the truck stop was. Bathrooms where filthy and flooding, no soap, and employee seemed not to care. Fuel pumps seem to pump slow and turn off/on. I suggest going across to Loves.

Not bad for a snowy sloppy saturday morning. The only complaint I have is the cashier ringing up our items and then walking away to ring up another customer and there were no other customers 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ um Aaron, can you finish, we have our money ready.

Stopped in here to get some breakfast. The two guys behind the counter were joking around with me, and we gave each other a hard time. It made my day! I would stop back simply by the attitude of the two guys working .

Great service. Showered elsewhere so can’t comment on cleanliness of showers, but associate Kassie went over and beyond to assist me. Quiet, ample parking.

Staff was kind with smiles and helpful. On the other hand the showers were below expectations. A little C.L.R. goes a long way. And polish the chrome faucets on the sink. Other than that, its a good place to stop for a ten hour.

The shower was very dirty

My shower area was dirty and the store needed to be swept. When I walked into my shower area, I saw a clump of wet hair on the floor, the sink was not wiped down (still toothpaste and hair clippings on the sink from theprevious occupant) and the floor was wet . It literally looked like nothing was cleaned. The worst thing is coming off the road and expecting a clean place to shower and not having it.

Bad hard water stains in shower & water temp kept changing dramatically. I got burned several times then the water would get cold & then super hot again.Pilot flying j averages $100,000 per day per store. Because of customers like me. We should not have to deal with such conditions on a daily basis. The up keep or ur stores & equipment show how little u care about your customers.

This pilot is Ok in terms of cleanliness washrooms are old no air dryers in men washroom not that clean paper dispenser not working didnt take a shower yet will update.

Although the burger King refuses to allow dine in, it seems Burger King is participating in Trucker Discrimination. The subway is allowing dine in.

For this place being relatively new it is a pit. Always has fuel that gets tracked into the truck. Good thing I have a day cab and not tracking that in the sleeper.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. When being here, it mirrors the sitcom Cheers, where you walk in and everyone knows your name and greets you with a warm embrace. By far the the friendliest Pilot. The showers and restroom are clean too. If there is a problem, here, there is a solution. I can walk in with the world on my shoulder feeling but walk-out with a smile. Kuddos to the establishment on hiring the staff-great job with the decision making.

One of the worst pilots to shower at and that includes the town pumps in Montana. Very dirty and unsanitary. The shower heads are so clogged that it feels like standing under a leaky faucet. I will avoid this place for anything other than fuel.

Why not come here this place is always filthy. Trash everywhere in a restrooms are always disgusting.

The only reason I came here was to do laundry bc I have platinum points with loves but they don’t have a laundry at the location down the street! You have a laundry that don’t take cards like most of your other places and only takes coins but won’t give out any coins! Dumb!

Dirty wash cloth in the shower, white hard water stains all over the shower and floor, and the water was barely hot.This place needs a water softener, a deep cleaning, and a major renovation.

Really busy truck stop. It was really crowded and their area for semis was tight to maneuver around. Was able to get in and out. They have a Burger King attached as well. Easy on and off of the interstate.

Went to take a shower and they gave me the handicap shower, mold all over the floors, and mostly on the sit down area in the shower, the handicap sit down..I pulled a manager in their and showed her all the mold that was in and on in the shower area. Told her bleach would work better.. I personally wouldnt want to stand bare foot in the shower. She didnt offer to refund my credit and basically got rid of me.. very poor customer service..

Tried 3 pumps. All broken in different ways. Couldn’t get gas. Hope I don’t get charged multiple times

Twice I had a toilet paper dispenser fall to the floor and the poop stains in the bowl were sickening. Cleanliness is next to impossible for this place.

This place makes me jealous of those living in a bigger city. The location has all kinds of stuff from food, snacks, gifts, clothes, items for trucks and vehicles, I love it if you get a beef hotdog here ~ there are tons of condiments you can out on it including my absolute favorite (sauerkraut). If you cant find something to eat here then you are too fussy. Not to mention they have a Subway and Burger King attached without going outside. The place is always clean and best of all I find their gas prices are usually the lowest in the area. The staff has always been outgoing and friendly. The restrooms are the cleanest Ive seen. A trucker can utilize many amenities. Be sure to get a Pilot Rewards card to save extra money. I found by having it I can save $1 - $2 easy each visit. You have to register it online before it can be used for savings - keep that in mind .

When I arrived there was a sign up that all the showers were down. . They said they would be ready in about a half hour. The manager Ashley keep going back and checking. As soon as they were ready she personally cleaned one for me and went the extra mile. You can tell she cares about her customers and us truckers. Thanks!

Stopped with bus full of college cross country athletes. Staff was fast and fabulous. We were on our way in 20 minutes. It was so good we stopped on the return trip as well!!!

I stop by this gas station every night after work. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast. Also there is plenty of snacks, drinks and other miscellaneous items to choose from. Highly recommended.

Shower was hot and water pressure was good. The store is clean and the Burger King was good both night as well. However the parking lines could use new paint and reserved parking marked better (mostly new paint). The reserved parking near the main road has signs in the grass posted along the space dividing line as to not directly say this one space here and that one space here is reserved. This should be addressed. Other then that typical overpriced pilot marking some products up 100%.

It was easy to pay at the pump and get back on the road. I didnt have to wait in line to pay. Its a nice truck stop

The air pump for tires is broken. It will take your money and make whirring noises, but you won’t get any air.

Good price for gas if you can use a credit card. But there is always a slow moving line to purchase anything at the cash register. No matter what time of day it is. Several times I have set my items on the nearest shelf and walked out with nothing too many times, because of slow transactions in front of me.They need to study the competition, because no one is slower to ring people up than Pilot.The attached Burger King served me up reheated French Fries at the drive through. They put some decent fries on top to trick me into getting a few miles away before discovering the gross FF. Not to worry BK will be bankrupt again soon.

Very clean with ample parking. Truck wash next door. Clean shower and restroom. This location has a Burger king and the food was hot. Did have to wait in line for fuel, but not a shower. Overall, this is one of the better pilots. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Always a convenient stop on I-29. Easy to get on and off the Interstate. If you have a snack craving, they have you covered. I dont need a shower, but that is available, if you have that urge to freshen up.

Store was clean. Restrooms were clean, as well. Staff was super friendly. The only complaint was there was no hot food out at 5:30 am. Some of us start our days early and we like to get our food at the same place we fuel.

This is a very convenient gas stop just off interstate 29. The lot has amply space for big gas powered rigs to fuel as well as Park short term while shopping in their well stocked store or grabbing a quick bite in their food concessions. Always neat, clean and well managed.

When ever we are in Sioux City, this is the place we go to gas up. Their gas prices are the best that we have seen. The store is always nice and clean. Lots of items in the snack foods that are not at many other places. Help is always pleasent. We have not had a bad experience here. It is a great place not only for motorist but for Over the Road Truck drivers.

Offers a very large selection of drinks and snacks. But the main attraction is the gas pumps which theres many of. Then the truck stations and the bathrooms/showers. Right off the interstate its a great place to stop by

This pilot has clean bathrooms, good coffee and a nice selection of other beverages. Their snacks and food are good too. There is a burger king attached if youre looking for a meal. It is located just off the freeway for easy access.

I wish this was my home state pilot, because of ONE PERSON Tamara. She has the most extraordinary customer service here by far. And she needs to be promoted. She is very funny, and this is the first pilot I have ever been to that I have seen people come in and out and actually call her by name! I have been to almost every pilot in the United states, and i can tell you if anyone deserves a promotion even to the corporate level, this is the person who does.

Tamara has a wonderful and outgoing personality. This is by far the best pilot experience I have ever had. If i am ever in this area again I will be stopping again just to deal with her.

Dangerous place to park. Almost lost my front-end three times in a half hour at 4:30pm. Trans Am and Decker truck lines must all be solar powered. That is when they all swarmed in and tried to hit me. Screw it, let the mega carriers have this one.

This pilot travel center has showers that was much needed after 6 days at the Knoxville Nationals. Clean hot and wonderful. Gas was the lowest price since leaving Az.

The staff here is typically pretty nice, especially the ladies. I have see other truckers being very rude with the women here to make themselves seem superior to them or something and that’s just uncalled for and unprofessional. The CAT scale printer does usually jam up but they are pretty fast about getting it repaired and on your way. Buy their cookies too, $5 for a fresh dozen and you may win a $50 gift card.

This is the greatest truck stop I have been to across the entire United States The helpful friendly loving staff in here will make you want to drive out of your way just to fill the atmosphere that they have for you theyre very clean bathrooms as long as people take care of them cant keep everything perfect when people are pigs but this pilot is very good has lots of truck parking.

I like this truck stop (ESPECIALLY) for getting fuel. There is plenty of space on the gasoline side of the fuel islands and plenty of space by the diesel islands. The parking area for the semis arent as big as others, but thats just how it is. I like this location and never hesitate stopping here for fuel. I took away a star just because of the small parking area for the semis. Staff is good, facilities are good, ive never been here where the window scrubbers were worn or there wasnt any fluids in their buckets, so id recommend coming here.

A lot cleaner than the last Pilot I went too. Restrooms were clean. Store was well stocked. Drinks area was clean. The gas pumps were neat and clean and had trash cans at every pump. The staff was friendly and it seemed that everything was in working order. I would not mind returning to this Pilot again.

Finally a Pilot Flying J with HOT showers. The last three locations barely had lukewarm water and thats hard to bare in the winter time. Thank you. Please dont go turning down the temperature.

It used to be great when it first opened years ago and nice and clean. Now the showers, restroom, fuel islands, and truck parking area all dirty and nasty. I guess at some point a new manager took over who really doesnt care about cleanliness for their truck drivers.

The bathrooms are clean and have real wall deviders for the stalls. The showers are adaquite with small step at entrance so the room doesnt flood. With both a Subway and a Burger King inside there is more choose than most Truck stops. Over all its clean and convenient, my only concern is it is a bit sketchy to walk from the Truck parking to the store due to the high traffic flow of the only vehicle entrance being between the two.

Worst truck stop for fueling.Being a local I can’t count the times I have gone to fuel here and the pumps are beyond slow or broken down. On a occasion they were so slow it took 1 hour to fill up my tanks. I don’t know if it’s because of the cold weather or not but other pilots don’t seem to have this problem. Other than that they are usually clean and offer a variety of foods. Parking is ample and if the lot is full you can park across the street at McDonald’s and Sams or Wendy’s down the block. Staff is very friendly and clean huge showers.

There is a Burger King here along with a large convenience store. Not the cleanest bathrooms bit a decent stop.

I go there because its convenient to use my debit card but last couple of times it wont let me use it.not sure whats going on with their pumps.

Its a Pilot coffee great, food OK but on some days you wait to get service or cashed out!

Attitude, attitude, at the subway .If you are a person of color ordering a sandwich, expect first class bad treatment.If you think i am lying, observe when a black person orders and when a white person orders food. The worst subway restaurant ever.

The only reason you got 4stars instead of 5 is either I showed up at shift change or you were under maned. Their was only one cashier on and a big line of people but the lady didnt fret. She just chipped away at the line and was polite with everyone.

Bathrooms were real yucky and all the trashs were overflowed. And its only 2 HR parking, no overnights. You could tell they were understaffed. The staff its self was AMAZING!
