I have been working with the company since February of this year and its been a really good experience. Im not from Sioux City, I moved here a year ago from Granite City, Illinois which I had just left Cincinnati, Ohio 2 months before. Everything about Sioux City and its surrounding areas is incompletely different. From the scenery to the people and everywhere in between. If you would have told me that friendly. Polite, patient. Down to earth/good hearted, happy on their worst day people existed I would have said YEAH RIGHT!Where Im from EVERYONE is the total opposite. My whole experience here has been a good one and my children transitioned easily.So if you had to ask me wheres a good place to stop if you are traveling or moving in the area, Id have to Pronto Express. Plus we have AMAZING CHICKEN and EVERYONE loves our JOJOS. All of our food is delicious.Hopefully well see you there soon.....

I’ve ordered from the place numerous times and have paid over the phone with no problem, then would have a family member or friend pick up food for me. Today I was in the hospital with my 3 month old and tried to do the same. They ran my card first and then called me back and rudely went back and forth with me about this telling me they couldn’t do this. So now I have to wait a few days to get money back and also have to pay to order from somewhere else.

Dave, Joan and the rest of the staff that make tequitos and kids menu items along with the best chicken and Jojos are amazing. Couldnt ask for a better neighborhood gas station/ c-store! Thanks guys

Sneakys chicken isnt as good as this place. Try the jojos and dip too
