Unique place to eat. Healthy food option just off the Interstate!

Food is awesome and the staff is super helpful. Being an aircraft mechanic and I traveling a lot over the states being diabetic I always seek food prep, this place was on point.

So far Ive been disappointed with the meals I tried. Anything containing the ground turkey tastes like taco meat. Hamburger and Mac, dirty rice, turkey chili all have taco seasoning taste. If you arent picky, really dont want to cook, and dont care about the cost this may be a good fit for you. I also arrived when most of the meals were sold out, so maybe only the mediocre dishes were left.

The website for this place is deceptive. This is not a restaurant and it has no sit-down area. It sells refrigerated prepackaged meals. It doesnt have all website menu items in stock, though the staff member said if you live here and want to order ahead they can get them in. The food I did get was IMO overly expensive but good, but I felt misled by the website because I was expecting it to have a restaurant area.

Get place to pick up a great meal take it home pop in microwave later for a delicious healthy meal.

Have $60 in gift cards, but the location doesnt take these gift cards anymore. Tell you to call a # and corporate tells you since they are a franchise they wont refund your money, if I want to use them I need to drive to Omaha or Kansas. So Eat Fit Go Sioux City you owe me $60.

A fat guys review! i got the salmon and it was tasty. im not talking a littel bit of flavor but a good amount. the place itself was clean and people were very happy and helpful. on the package it says its packaged in omaha ne. the price for my meal which was a large was $9.80 and that semed the normal price for dinner / lunch items. they had snacks and breakfast which were about $5 to $6.

Need more places like this, fair prices for perfect portions of healthy food. This is what America needs not a fast food joint on every corner.
