The staff answered all my questions and was very helpful in explaining the products which would be best for me.

Second time I’ve had an amazing experience! I went to the sunny brook location and they were out of TB 16 fruit punch flavor.. not only did the staff let me try a different flavor but he took the time to call the Hamilton location to see if they had any. Luckily they did and I was able to go there and get it! Then the staff at Hamilton went above and beyond and gave me a little discount for having to make the drive there! I’m so appreciative of great customer service! Always look forward to going to science nutrition!

I have been a long time customer back when Zack would be in the store grinding from 9 to 5 before their brand blew up. Always the best products and service from him and many others. I used to strongly recommend this store... Then Daphne took over her store. Since the I received disrespectful comments and refused service because she has some vendetta against me. Idk. But since then I have discouraged people from going and receiving similar treatment that i did. Currently shopping at complete nutrition and thwy have told me is crazy how many people leave science and go there because of her😂. I recommend them over science for good customer service. Although I heard that they finally got rid of their cancer so it may be worth checking out again. Maybe complete has been good to me since then.🤔

I have normally had very good experience with these guys. I have always used their inbody machine to track my progress and see my results and they have always offered that free as a customer of theirs. However yesterday I went in to use the machine and was told it is now $10 PER SCAN!!! What a joke. I tried to explain that I have never had to pay before and the condescending young woman at the counter said nope it’s 10 bucks. Their rationale behind this. The paper for the machine is expensive. Oh!! And the ink for the printer. Smh. I’ll be shopping somewhere else going forward.

I like how when you walk in and greeted with a smile and a simple hello from the staff. you really dont get that much these days so I feel that goes a long way.I always got questions on what items I should take. Zack and his staff always recommends the right product.if you havent been in yet, give them a try and you will have a good experience.

Not only do I absolutely LOVE all the products that Science Nutrition sells. I adore the staff! They are beyond helpful. The customer service is stellar.My favorite product is TB16. I HAVE TO HAVE IT. I have to have it because my quality of life is top notch. I have unmediated ADHD, a hormone imbalance, and your typical 2pm crash. UNLESS, I take TB16. My focus is spot on, I have the energy I need to get through the day and keep up with my 6 year old. Nor, do I experience mood swings.Its safe to say that TB16 is a vital part of my life. Since moving out of Iowa, I still make sure I order and have my TB16 shipped to me. Thank you, Zach, Daph, Liddy, and everyone else for being the absolute best part of Sioux City.
