I was very satisfied with the price I paid for the accessories it from my vehicle. I did have to order and wait for a phone call.

Had them put lights on the rear of pickup. They shorted out in 2 days? Had them take them off. Had clearance lights put on. The took out a fuse an never put back inSso it showed the Alternator was bad. Took to ford costed me 200 bick to find out they forgote to put in a .50 cent fuse. Thw clearance lights been shorting out since the put them in 2 years ago. Just paid someone else over 400 bucks to re wire. So dont do any electrical thing here. It will cost more to get it fixed right.....

Great place guys are awesome did a great job on my Chevy. Topper is sweet. And its a real pickup. 8 foot box. I have told my friends if they are looking for a place to buy truck stuff thats the place to go.

Purchased a hard top bed liner . Told two weeks needed to be shipped . After three weeks called, placed on hold left on hold for 30 minutes. Called three more times no response. Finally get a call back 4 days later. Not in the warehouse have to order from manufacture still no word.Called again today voice message.

Quality merchandise with up front prices. My son got a new topper last week and mine gets installed Monday. You only cry once when you buy quality from good people.

I really was disappointed with this experience we very excitedly went end bought nerf bars for our newly purchased truck. They had to be ordered and we do live in the age of Covid-19 so we understand things take awhile. We tried to set up an appointment at time of purchase 3 weeks later. Paid in full at time of purchase they didn’t have the parts when o called to make the appointment they promised they would get them by the time we went to town again. When we called to confirm our appointment on Thursday for Tuesday they said they were to backed up to install Tuesday. )we live 120 miles away) We told them we would pick up parts and have someone else install. My installation fee was refunded. We told them that we would pick them up at 11 on Tuesday. When we walked in 3 people were working they were busy... however everyone knows people in the store take priority over phones. Computer problems and the person who originally helped us said the parts weren’t in, the person In Charge said they were. ... we waited over a half hour to get waited on. A greeting eye contact and. Acknowledgement when you walk in the building would go along ways. I had zero issue paying a bit more for a product when service is there... but when you get treated worse then internet shopping. Just save yourself the hassle and the money and just buy it online!

I didn’t catch his name but one of the sales guys helped me install the wiring harness for a used topper that I had bought elsewhere...thank you. He also helped with recommending the correct bed seal kit when I had the wrong one chosen. Great service.

Only one experience with this business fortunately. I was looking to get a hitch installed on my Toyota, the gentleman on the phone quoted me 45 minutes of labor which was acceptable, every other place quoted the same time, until a woman jumped on the phone and claimed 3 hours labor. No thanks. Even the Curt website estimates installation to be completed in 45 minutes. Either they are hurting for business or have fail installers, either way, its not my responsibility to keep them afloat. Wont ever go back again.
