Team Automotive is a fantastic local repair shop. Everyone I worked with was friendly and they provided meaningful recommendations. I received text and email updates letting me know when services were performed and how much they were expected to cost (they did not complete any work outside the scope of my initial request without asking me first). Pricing is not the cheapest you can find, but it is very reasonable and less expensive than most other local auto repair shops. They also use high quality replacement parts and complete their work timely. Scheduling was very easy and I was able to get in right away. I do most maintenance on my vehicle, but I like to have professionals do an inspection every now and again to make sure I’m not missing anything. Their inspection was thorough and I was provided a copy of all their findings. The feedback was honest and they did not push me towards unnecessary repairs. I also very much appreciate that Team Automotive is a one-stop-shop, as their services cover everything from transmission repairs to fluid flushes, as well as electrical components. Whether you need routine maintenance or a complex repair, I would highly recommend taking your vehicles here. I will definitely be a return customer

I will always go to Team Automotive when I need a mechanic.We had several issues with our F250 6.0 L. We took the truck to Team Automotive immediately upon discovering these issues late Friday evening. They told us right up front what they thought MIGHT be the issue. The next business day (Monday) they were able to get it in and get it diagnosed. They called and told us exactly what the problems were as well as the cost of repairs. After approving the work, they got all of the parts in that same day (Monday). They had all of the repairs completed the following day (Tuesday) and the truck was back on the road. We dropped it off right before they closed on Friday so that day doesnt really count. So basically they had the truck diagnosed, got the repairs approved and had it back on the road in just under two days. I know part of this is just luck since they had an opening in their schedule. However, another part of the quick turn around is the speed in which they work and the dedication & attention to detail from their staff.

Called Team Automotive for an oil change appointment and they got me in right away. I was able to come in early and drop my truck off. Fantastic service and always with a smile. No hidden costs. I would definitely recommend to any one needing a service center you can trust. Great job

We were in Sioux Falls for a medical appointment when the air conditioning clutch burnt up and the car was not going to get us home to Fargo. Another place was too busy to look at it so they sent us to Team Automotive. They were super friendly and reassuring. They even called around to find us a car to use to get us back to Fargo for the weekend and had our car ready for us on Tuesday. It is working great and the price was slightly less than I expected. The team went above and beyond most automotive places I’ve ever dealt with!

Team automotive is always very fair on their prices, they do a great job checking everything over. They always ask and give me a quote before performing work. They have added new things to my experience the online approval they texted made is supper convenient for me to check in on my car when I wanted and we didn’t have to have a bunch of phone calls to interrupt my day. I also got a print out of what was checked so I know what to expect for repairs in the near future.

I was kept up to date on the progress of my repair as it happened. The price was very fair and the problem fixed. They took care to keep the vehicle clean as well. If I lived in Sioux Falls they would be my go-to guys!

This place was GREAT and everyone that works there is so polite and truthful. Definately would use them again.Just had work done under warranty and I am so happy they fixed the leak. After spending 2200 dollars on this repair. The engine had the same promblemHave to bring the car back to service centerRight now I give a 1 star rating. After bringing car back. Very easy to work with. Give a loaner and repaired car and found bad part with no charge and apologize for the inconvenience. Changed to 5 star rating..

Excellent. Very professional. I was treated with respect as a customer and they walked me through all the steps. What parts needed ordered and an accurate estimate that did not break the bank. And I did not get “the runaround” that Billion has often gave me! I will be returning if I ever need more service.

Charged over $500 to put in shaft seal, overpriced. Not impressed, first did not receive call when done, pick it up and found out it has issues that were not even corrected (told front stabilizer links are broken?) was not contacted by shop. Charged $60 bucks for quart of gear oil which maybe costs $15. You guys are more worried about paperwork than good service. One and done, miss Steve and Dennis. ☹️

Team automotive went above and beyond for me. I was always told not to trust mechanic shops because they would assume I knew nothing and would try to scam me out of all my money. I was taught how to do everything from a simple break job to swapping out an engine. One thing I don’t know how to do is tie rods and it just so happened that my van had one that was on it’s way out quickly. Naturally I called my father in law and he told me that it was a safety issue and that I needed to take it to a mechanic. So I called team. I assumed it was the outer tie rod that needed replaced and that’s what I got a quote for. When I took my van in they discovered I needed the inner tie rod and that the boot was completely shredded. They let me know that this was a more expensive repair and asked permission before they proceeded with the repair. When they called for permission they gave me the updated quote and when I picked up my van that’s exactly (down to the penny) what I was charged. I picked up my van and all was well, I hoped on the Interstate and got off on the next exit for gas and to pick my kids up from daycare. When I hopped back on the interstate to head home my van started shaking like crazy and I called team in a panic. Jason answered the phone even though they were already closed and told me to bring it back in and they would take a look. They pulled it into the shop and put it on the lift and immediately spotted the problem. My rims were caked in dried on mud from my mud hole of a driveway and the back tire had kicked off a nice size chunk leaving the tire unbalanced. I’m not sure if it was Jason himself of one of the other guys, but he brought me back and showed me the issue and then proceeded to go above and beyond and scraped all that mud out of my rims. They got me back ok the road in no time without charging me a dime for the extra work or after hours. I will always recommend team to anyone looking for quality work.

Scam artists: Be prepared to spend $100 more than your quote for no apparent reason. I was referred by a friend who used to work there and had my family bring two vehicles to this establishment for them to work. Both times the price raised over $100 from the quote they originally gave us for no apparent reason. The second vehicle I took them I had all the information of what was wrong, the labor hours and intensity of the the job and yet they still ended up charging my mom $250 more than they quoted her and had absolutely no explanation or remorse of why. Save your money and headache by going somewhere else. Id rate them 0 stars if I could.
