Products have been good. Currently you can expect delays in receiving product due to significant back log - we ordered in Jan & just got this week. Dont pay full price till product actually shows up. Salesperson indicated they have other orders from November that havent been fulfilled. We ordered a bedroom set & failed to notice that the mirror was separate- guess thats a learning lesson! If anything else is offered make sure it is clearly and specifically written on your invoice. We thought we had paid for delivery of product & removal of old furniture. To us had been the final selling point. We did not get this in writing & the manager was clear on why they dont do this. We live about an hour away & felt the delivery charge was very reasonable, but again discovered there is strings attached as they only deliver to our area once a month. Hard to fit their delivery schedule into our daily lives especially when you are both out of state on the day they can come that month. Dont expect them to do anything extra to continue to gain your business - the manager is very clear they do not do this. Again, quality is good, just ask lots of other questions & dont assume anything & get everything written down before you purchase!

Our salesman did a wonderful job. He let us alone enough to shop but was right there to answer all of our questions. Even got on the computer to show us a different color of a chair that we really liked. Very professional, very kind, he did a very good job.

The prices are relatively high I thought but they offer 20% off many sticker prices and military discounts. Prompt salesperson attention. However most of their furniture is backordered to October or November I was told. Anything available within a month required an immediate deposit to hold it or I was told it wouldnt be available by the following day. Made it feel like high pressure sales. I shopped at a competitor today and they had much broader selection, similar quality and everything I chose was readily available within 2 weeks and much less expensive without any pressure. I was able to complete the furnishing of my entire living and dining rooms as well as my kitchen.Michele

First time shopping here and Im so glad we chose this place to hunt for a new couch. We intended to look for a loveseat but after trying out several and discussing our needs and wants with Perrie (our fabulous sales associate), we chose a full size leather couch with recliners. She really listened to us and was great at explaining options. We appreciated that she was not a high pressure type person and we felt great about our choice.

Terrible selection on furniture and massively over priced they claim they price match but every place I named they said they couldnt price match them they are legit at least $400 bucks more than other places or more. Furniture Mart always seems to fix me up and Ashley is our back up choice. People think the more you spend the better quality Lies!! Thats an excuse to charge more for the same quality as everyone else claiming to have the better quality

When I purchased the furniture I was asked if I wanted it to be delivered and set up. I did request both delivery and set up, I was told by the gentleman who sold me the furniture there would be no charge for the set up. Two young men delivered my future on my move in day of my new apartment. They set the box which had the recliner in on the sidewalk in front of the door. I told him it may need to be taken out of box to fit in the door. He said it was only a door step delivery, explained I requested to have it set up. Another gentleman who was getting my couch out of the truck said its a $100 to set it up. I said I would pay the $100, he refused to do the setup and left the furniture outside of my apartment building for me myself and I a middle aged woman to haul it into my apartment (I did express my unhappiness to the gentleman)I have never been treated so poorly by a business especially after spending $700 plus dollars. I will not be a returning customer nor would I recommend anyone else purchasing furniture from this store location.

I absolutely love working with Perri! This last visit we needed a new mattress and Perri suggested the adjustable beds. Being 7 months pregnant I need the best sleep possible. I always thought they were way more expensive but with the sale they had and free delivery it made it totally worth it. Looking forward to some more consistent sleep.

Angela is incredibly knowledgeable on the products that she has to offer. My fiancé and I purchased a couch from her this morning and are so excited to get it. Do yourself a favor and snap a ton of photos of the space you’ll be working on and show them to her so she can help to the BEST of her ability. I feel like that was my only hiccup because she STARTED DRAWING OUT THE SPACE I WAS EXPLAINING TO HER. She pays so much attention to detail which was incredible. Oh! And measure your spaces too! Friendly staff but i ordered a bed from here and was told that it would be delivered within 4-6 weeks. called on week 7 and its fingers crossed that it will be here the next week, citing foam shortages and the pandemic. items that cannot be made and delivered in the promised time frame should not be sold, and if they are they should come with an appropriate caveat.

This place was great at getting our furniture. Unfortunately a cushion had decorative threads ripped out upon inspection after delivery. After filling out a claim, and being told someone would contact me within a day or two. No response yet after 3wks. I get that were still playing catch-up, but the whole Warranty process needs improvement.

I went in to Slumberland Furniture to check on some mattresses that I had seen in their Ad and also found on-line. I was greeted in the store by Angela G. and was shown to the bedding department. Angela answered a few questions for me and then let me try out quite a number of mattresses. She was kind enough to come back and check on me every 7-10 minutes. She had also given me a pillow to use with a protective cover to try the mattresses out. She was very helpful and also suggested several models other than the couple that I came in to see. Long story short, I ended up calling her the next day and purchased by phone one of the mattresses that she had suggested for me. Great service provided by Angela. Thanks again for your suggestions. :)

I bought a mattress with a 10 year warranty- if it sagged more than 1.5 inches they said they would replace. They also told me I needed to buy their box spring and mattress protector so it was covered under the warranty if anything did happen (even though I had both things already that were only 2 months old). I purchased everything and now it is sagged 2.5 inches in the middle. I have been on hold for hours, had a technician out, and stopped by the store a few times only to find out they are denying the claim because of a stain after 6 weeks of working with them on this claim. I would not recommend them to anyone!

This is probably the fastest Ive ever shipped for furniture. We were greeted by the door. I explained what I was looking for and we were told where we could find the product. Found exactly what we wanted within 5 minutes, browsed around a bit and then bought the bed we wanted.

I was probably a simple customer as I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted but Matt Sonnenfeld was a huge help and available to answer any questions I had when I did speak with him. Plenty of other associates were also helpful including one gentleman that attempted to help me with measurements (I didn’t catch his name). However, there was one individual who made me feel inadequate telling me there was still a balance that I was fully aware of. She kept reiterating that there was a balance before my couch could be picked up or delivered when I still had a week or so before the date I needed it. I am not taking a star away as Matt was very personable and his customer service was top notch.

Angela was very helpful and attentive to my ideas. Im excited for the new look! Disappointed in the long wait for the sofa.

Once they make the sale they couldn’t care less. We got our couch delivered over a week ago and the delivery team did a horrible job. Not to mention the couch was made cheaply, had fabric staples sticking out, rips in the fabric, and the legs were not put on correctly. The delivery team didn’t put boot/shoe covers on and tracked dirt/snow in the house. They also scratched up our hardwood floor! We keep calling the store but the warehouse manager is never at work and we keep getting told he is “working on it and will call you back”. I don’t understand how he can work on it when he has never seen the scratch or even called to discuss it. Horrible job and will not be recommending.
