This is the place to go for new items that never sold, or possibly were returned within seven days of purchase from the first owner. Great deals on terrific furniture, if they dont have what you need it sounds like their inventory turns over frequently.**TO NOTE: Request Ole, this salesman has a no pressure approach and deserves a raise.

Bought my first brand new set of couch and loveseat from here as Ive always had family purchase tons from here almost yearly. I bought my set 2 years ago, barely use it, however; the loveseat fell apart and springs came lose 1 year in?? I weigh 180 lbs, so why would this break? Im lead to believe faulty build as when looking more closely, some of the Staples are sticking out and not hitting the wood theyre suppose to be holding together. Would like to go back here again, but quite hesitant after this first personal experience.Edit: they contacted me and were able to get a tech out quickly, repaired the loveseat and got this all sorted out! Updated back to 5 stars!!

If I could do it again, I would not have bought there. Now my furniture is paid for, delivery is 2 weeks out!! Sales people are great. Customer service staff, not so much.

Picked up a new bed for affriend. Eas in and out n little of no time. Staff was helpful and plesant. The business on West 12th street was extremely helpful with finding and matching the online price. Be here a long time ago. Still great service and helpful staff!!

It has been the worst furniture buying experience I have ever had! I purchased 4 pieces and had them delivered. I PAID to have them delivered. The delivery men complained about how far they had to bring them to my apartment. The wrong side table was brought and to avoid having the delivery men come back with the right one I just kept the wrong one. The dining room table would not latch without the leaf in it so they moved the latch and promised it would work when the leaf is put back in. It doesnt and the table top is about 2 inches unlevel. Now I have to wait a month for a tech to come fix it. Dont buy your furniture here! Low quality, over priced and poor customer service.

Their helpful staff helped me make a sound purchase after 3 other stops where salespeople pushed me to the most expensive version of what I was looking at.

We came in quickly and efficiently 15 minutes before closing. Gal there had no interest in helping us and seemed irritated that we were there. A man came in a 5 minutes later and was very helpful. I increased review due to him.

We have purchased numerous items here at a substantial savings! Depending what youre looking for the selection may be smaller, but it changes so frequently it is worth stopping by to see what is new. Friendly sales staff. I didnt feel pressured at all to purchase anything, but did since they had what I was looking for.

Horrible service back at the warehouse. Just trying to pick up a simple metal bedframe....sat an hour waiting while others got helped ahead of us, staff brushed us off, and we witnessed some staff just standing around while they were backed up with vehicles waiting for pickup. Unreal.

I recently bought a house, went from a townhouse to a 5 bedroom house that needed to be filled. Every time I stop in, he remembers me (and my style god bless him) and shows me the new items they get that he knows I would like.
