That new manager Allan is an absolute godsend when it comes to picking out great shoes, I will never go anywhere else! He is so good at listening and picking out shoes that match what I need. I came in not really sure what I wanted, and he had the perfect shoes picked out in no time! He also talked me into these awesome swiftwick socks. Thanks Allan!!

Amazing selection and service

I walked in to just look around at boots. This salesman just kept talking & talking & telling my I had the wrong kind of shoes on. He obviously didnt want to make a sale. He would not shut up!!!! Never had such an irritating experience in my life.

This place has better customer service than anywhere else Ive been. I am always willing to shop here before a bigger box store because all of the shoes they sell have a warranty and they take the time to size your feet properly.

I needed a quality pair of shoes but was very skeptical and just couldnt decide between several pairs. I had my toddler with me that usually never lets me shop. They let her play around in sparkly shoes and helped entertain her while I tried on many pairs. They reassured me that if I dont like they shoes I purchased I can return them and use the balance as a credit or a refund. Ive never had a salesman or salesmen be so informative with all of my questions. I left with 2 pairs! Thanks Paul for all your patience.

I normally like trade home, but I dont think there are workers who can be more bothersome. They dont let you look around, and if you would like to return something, even without wearing it, they act like your making them go broke.

Very bad wont be going back there I bought dansko shoes they said I could try them as long as only inside, I took them back said I didnt like they slipped off my heel. Talked me into keeping them try new socks, my bad letting them talk fast, still slipped with new socks as they suggested and I fell down in the damn shoes and now they wont take back because they have a scuff of course they do i fell down because of the damn shoes what the h___. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. IT WAS THE MANAGER I DELTA WITH.

Manager/owner is very rude!!!! Bought a pair of shoes here 6 months ago and was told by the sales man that they had a 1 year replacement warranty. When we went back and asked about the warranty yesterday the man in the store said he was the owner/manager and he doesnt warranty any of their shoes. He was quite rude about it!!
