We initially met with Travis who was super helpful in assisting us with the details of our fireplace and the crew that completed the job we’re professional, quick, and had a very high attention to detail.If that wasn’t enough already, this company quoted us about $5-$7k less than all of the competition in the surrounding area. We were able to get a very nice gas fireplace installed at our home at a very reasonable cost.If you are in the area and are considering a fireplace, don’t even look anywhere else. Have done business with Hebron on more than one occasion. Recently we purchased roughly $1000 worth of stone veneer for a basement project. When I was finished I had 2 full boxes left which I took into return. I was told “we don’t take returns from home owners. He looked at the product and told me he could see they were unopened and not used. He then told me to give him the weekend to think about it??? I found that type of a return policy odd. Today they did return a call and told me there were stones missing and they would not be issuing a refund. If there was product missing it was that way when it was sold to me. BEWARE, if you buy from them buy less not more. I told him I would not be returning to pick up the stone. I’m sure they will make money on the boxes with the (missing pieces) a second time. Hope that was worth the loss of business and referrals.

I was looking for brick for my fireplace. I had an idea of what I wanted and kind of what I wanted to pay. The man showed me some rock in my price point that was close to what I wanted as far as look. Then he showed me some rock that was exactly what I wanted, but wasnt my price point. I ended up going with the more expensive rock because I loved the look of it better and that is what matters.

Worked with Rich from Hebron, a friend of mine was needing some landscape block cut, I contacted Rich, He indicated they typically do not do services as the one I was requesting. However, was much more than willing to have us drop it off, cut them, and then pick them up. What a great service! Thanks Rich for your assistance!!!!! You dont get this kind of service often this day and age.
