What a great place to get ANY kind of battery for anything you have! They have a HUGE SELECTION and very large inventory. The employees are knowledgeable, quick and honest. They can test batteries and recommend replacements if needed. (They will even tell yoih if you battery is alright instead of just selling you a new one.)Battery testing and replacement (if needed) is complimentary. This is a great thing that isnt offered many places anymore!
Needed a laptop battery. Called the local store to confirm in stock. Got 10% discount for ordering online. Received notice quickly that the order was ready. Then picked it up at the store. Very easy process and took a couple hours at most. Battery now charged and laptop works again. Only drawback is that the battery is more expensive compared to some others online.

I purchased a motorcycle battery online for pickup in store. The Duracell had a 2 year warranty so I felt it was a good deal. Went to pick it up and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Ive had 2 Snap-On battery packs replaced there and one wouldnt charge, so they fixed it quickly and had me up and going the next day. Cant complain one bit about the service there. Would recommend.

If there was a way I would put negative stars... I went in needing a new screen for my phone and they told me it was going to be about an hour. (which was no problem and the price wasnt too expensive.) I got there an hour later to pick it up where they had me wait another half an hour. where they then also decided to tell me they didnt have any screens to fix my phone and that they would have to order a new one. they then gave me an iPhone... let me ref-raise that a DEFECTIVE IPHONE... This hunk of junk does not stay on no matter how charged it is. it will be at 80% and turn off after every phone call and text... I also work from my phone and the number that is on it. When they handed me my loaner phone they said all my stuff would be transferred to it... which it wasnt... I am absolutely outraged with the poor service and honestly if i would have known all this would have gone this way I WOULD HAVE RATHER RE-BOUGHT A NEW IPHONE... this place stinks and I will be writing another review on Monday depending on how well my phone is when i get it back... I would recommend not going to the place... even if its last resort...

Not impressed. Came to purchase a replacement battery for my dog collar. Its just 5 button batteries sandwiched together. The guy just grabbed them off the shelf and out a plastic casing around them and then proceeded to charge me like $10 for each plastic casing. Nope, I can get them cheaper online and my fault for trying to shop local.
This is the only place I go in town for auto batteries. These guys are the Pros! You can park right by the door. They always have exactly what you need. Everything is charged and ready to go. Expert advice and friendly service. What more could you ask for really? if I were you I wouldnt go anywhere else if you need batteries or bulbs or anything related to that. Oh yeah and its a five-step walk from your car to the counter. Highly highly recommend!!!

I had an Apple 8+ screen replaced. The price was reasonable but the clarity of the screen I now very hazy. I brought it back and the gentleman told me that because it was t genuine Apple parts I should expect lower quality. I hadn’t realized the quality would be so low. They tried to adjust the settings on my phone but when they couldn’t get it any better they told me to go online. Not impressed. It would have been good to know prior the resulting screen would be dim and hazy.
IPhone 8 battery had gone to hell. BatteryPlus came to the resure. Grest customerService. They also have cool things in store. Check them out.

I ordered and paid for the newest battery model. I ordered two batteries because they are a matching pair for my 24 volt trolling motor. However, I received one battery that was last year! 2019 date on it, and it was a different design with different specs (lower CCA) than I ordered. I do not feel I received what I paid for as I got one battery that was new, 2020, and what I expected, and one that was old, 2019, that was not. I dont plan on ever shopping BPB again.

I brought a phone in there. They said they would have it done the next day at 12, they didn’t start working on it until I called them. When they said the fixed it the camera didn’t work and the screen started acting up after a day of having it. I wouldn’t recommend them for phones!

Shattered screen on my sons 4 month old motorolla phone. Called a competitor and they said its too expensive to order a screen to fix. Called Batteries Plus, no problem. They took my phone number, ordered the screen and called me when it came in. One hour and $100 later it was fixed!

Phone was an 8+. Everything was fixed fine - no concerns.Then I started to use the phone roughly an hour later. Everything is slowed down. My keyboard is lagging and is behind on pretty much everything I type. My front camera has a grey hue to it as well when I use it.Was cheap & I’ve come here before for phone fixes. This hasn’t happened to any of the phones in my family previously. Not too sure what had happened?I’m just not fully pleased with the outcome.
Nick the employee that was originally helping me was very kind and helpful. The manager with gauges in his ears was a jerk that lost his temper when I tried to ask In depth questions about about my key fob. He stated the information he was conveying was common sense implying I had no idea what I was talking about. They were not able to reprogram my key successfully.

They fixed my iPhone screen and were the most affordable in town. It also comes with a 6 month warranty which no one else did. When I had issues getting the touch response to work, I took it back and they fixed it right away. Neither repairs took more than an hour. Happy with my service.

A battery I bought from them 3 weeks ago wouldnt work, and they refused to replace it or give me a loaner while they tested it. They refused to check the battery, refused to look for a loaner that would fit, and started a verbal fight with me in front of another customer. They told me to buy another battery. They also told me it was my fault, and that I had driven it through water without even checking it. I would have fired the entire staff if it was my store.

Took my boyfriend phone here to get its screen fixed. Than returned because the screen would not turn off during a phone call. While they tried to fix this they broke the speaker. Took it back again to try and get that fixed. The worker was very rude, he did fix thr speaker problem however, we are now back to the first problem. Will be going somewhere else to get it properly fixed. With the cost and amount of time I spent on this store, it cost me more than going to a proper repair place the first time.
What a nightmare. Wasted 3 hours trying to get the correct battery. Never again.

Went in at 20 minutes before closing time, they sold me a battery and installed it. I was one of those customers and they treated me right.
I stopped by here a couple of times when traveling to visit relatives in Watertown, SD. Excellent place to get batteries! My car keyfob power was out so bought a battery, which the customer service rep was kind enough to use a small prying tool to open the keyfob and replace the battery.
Unfortunately I broke the screens on my iPhone 6 over the weekend and my backup iPhone 5. Luckily Batteries Plus had time to repair both phones in a matter of about 30 minutes. They look like new!

I brought my phone in for a batter charge port repair. Now The microphone is VERY bad sounding. I brought it back to the store and they assured me it was just fine . I took my phone to another repair center and had it properly repaired. The repair technician personally told me it “was extremely obvious” what was wrong with my phone as soon as he opened it up. I was told that your store forgot to replace a rubber o-ring under the microphone. In addition, the ribbon on the microphone/charging port until was pinched and cracked from being installed improperly.After repairing the phone it works like new now.Please tell Kris I am not as “stupid” as he said I was and THAT distinction falls back on him for improperly repairing the phone, failing to test the phone, failing to perform some diagnostics on the phone when I brought it back with the problem yet telling me he had “opened” it and “cleaned it - even though he hadn’t.I am going to make it my personal mission to let everyone know Batteries Plus cannot be trusted for phone repairs and that their employees LIE to customers.
We bought a Battery for our Ford Ranger last February. The whole summer that battery is giving us a problem. So, we went to turned it in yesterday. The guy who helped us said he have to check it overnight and he will call us. He never did, so we called. He said it’s ready for pick up. But he want us to leave it out for 5 days and try it again and if didn’t work we have to bring it back!!! Are you serious????I will never buy batteries on this store again ever!!! Don’t buy your batteries to them. Poor service!!! Poor customer service!!!! Not a good place to go!!!!’

Took my iPhone 6S with a broken screen to Batteries plus bulbs. I had a bad experience. I had to pay an additional $40 plus tax to Phone N Pix because the home button cable was not plugged in.When I went back to Batteries Plus and talked to the manager about what happened he said his guy says he put the cable in and that he will go with his guy. After a 5-7 minute conversation with the manager, as I was walking out the manager sarcastically said have a good day. There is no reason to rub it in to an already disappointed customer. You are not going to gain anything by doing that.Long story:I took my iPhone 6S to Batteries Plus Bulbs to have the broken screen replaced. After the repair they couldnt test any functionality other than the screen as my iPhone was disabled and the message on the phone said to connect to iTunes. I took my phone home to connect to iTunes and after enabling my phone I found that the home button wasnt working. I went back to Batteries Plus Bulbs and asked them to doublecheck if something wasnt connected right on the home button. An employee said they couldnt test if the home button was working when I first brought it in because of the broken screen so they cant do anything about the home button. I told him that the home button was working even after the screen broke as I tried to unlock the phone via voice control. I told the employee that all I am asking is that he doublecheck that everything was connected correctly as most online answers for this issue were regarding a cable not plugged in correctly.The employee reluctantly said okay, went into the back, came back in about 5 minutes and said that everything was connected correctly. While I wasnt sure he actually checked anything I asked him to go ahead and replace the home button. He said they did not have the part in-store.I took my phone and went across the street to the Phone N Fix repair shop in the mall, told them what happened and asked them to check and replace the home button if needed. They are a kiosk in the mall so they opened the phone in front of me, found a cable that wasnt plugged in. They plugged the cable back in and the home button worked as it should. They charged me $40 for labor.I went back to Battaries Plus Bulbs, asked for the manager and explained to him what happened. I asked him to review my receipt from Phone N Fix where they had detailed what they found and what they did to fix the home button. I told him that I had to pay an additional $40 because a cable was not plugged back in correctly. I asked him to reimburse me the $40 I had to pay Phone N Fix and to make this right for his customer. The manager said his guy says he put the cable back in and he will go with his guy and that he doesnt know what Phone N Fix did. I asked him to look at Phone N fixs comments on the receipt and told him that Phone N fix opened the phone in front of me and showed me the unplugged cable. The manager told me his guy says the cable was plugged in. I asked the manager what he would expect if this had happened to him as a customer and he did not say anything.I told him that I would post my experience on social media and started to walk out. The manager at this time sarcastically told me to have a good day.There is no reason to rub it in to an already disappointed customer. You are not going to gain anything by doing that.
What a terrible way to do business. I needed new batteries in 2 key fobs, 1 fob I already opened. They charged me 7.99 each for 2 key fob kits. A key fob kit consists of a 4 dollar battery and the labor to take a quarter and open the fob to replace the battery is the other4 dollars charged. Im sorry but I will never do business with them again.
