Sat in DT line forever 25 minutes for order. 6 cars in front of me. Finally went inside to check on order. They had drinks sitting and waiting but nobody had a clue what was going on. They didnt know what people had ordered. I suggest with Starbucks being closed that service improves or it will go back across when they open up

Some hard working people in this place. They are always fast and nice. The coffee is excellent!

Our experience was not pleasant. We were greeted by an associate whom looked as though she was staring into the head lights. Ordering our sandwiches was awful. My wife was just fine ordering however when I asked if they could make changes to the sandwich, I was giving a derivative answer of we just dont do that. My wife explained that it is due to them being frozen then heated instead to which I understand better now that changes could not be made. Our drinks were okay per usual. However the greeter also did not offer to use any of the points I had saved up for a free bakery item. We will not be visiting this location again it is poorly run and the staff is not helpful.

I love Caribou Coffee! They were in Illinois several years ago but I dont think there is a store there now. There definitely isnt a store in Kentucky so I was excited to see I can get my fill while in South Dakota. Better than that other national brand in my opinion.

The best way to describe the breakfast sandwiches is to say that if I were at a gas station and saw these sandwiches, I would have brought them to the attention of the workers. Waaaay overheated, squished, and just general looked horrible is how the chorizo breakfast sandwiches came out. The bacon and egg bagel sandwich was rubbery and who knows how many days old.This location no longer does Einstein Brothers bagels, and WOW, were we ever disappointed in their breakfast sandwiches. I only returned two of them, but should’ve returned all three.The manager refunded our money, but seemed to not accept that there was room for improvement in their sandwiches.At least the coffee was what we expect from Caribou.

I have been going to caribou on 10th for a long time and today was the best. About a week ago I found out I am going to have to have surgery on my wrist. The girl who made my my coffee was super nice and she even wrote feel better soon on my coffee lid. Thank you so much for making my day a lot better.

Tastes good, but I guess large doesnt really mean large when you add a ton of foam to a mocha.

Very cool place. So many games to choose from all in wonderful condition and ranging from easy common games to real intricate story line sort of games. The employees are really chill, cool dudes. I like how the area can accommodate large groups but there also small tables if there is just a few of you. Cant think what could even make this place better- every city should have a place like this!!!

Always friendly service and great coffee. Ive never tried any food items. They always apologise for the wait if there are a few cars a head, but the coffees are worth it.

Usually really fast and friendly but today I had an online order that wasnt ready when I got there and had to wait in line while they made it for over 10mins. Was not impressed with that at all today

I love getting myself a coffee and a bagel every morning. The service here is great!! Everyone who works here has a really good attitude. The coffee is always quite delicious. My only complaint is that the cinnamon sugar bagels are never made the same and they dont have enough cinnamon and sugar on them. Also they arent hot enough when toasted.

Ordered 2 Large Hot Carmel High Rises for my wife and I. We love these drinks, but unfortunately this time they were not so hot. Depressing that I had to pay $12.00 for 2 somewhat warm drinks on a 30 degree day. We have a nice local coffee shop in my home town and I have never had a mistake there. Little upset so guess scooters next time will get my business on days by local coffee shop is closed!!

Some of the best coffee, the employees are super nice amd know what theyre doing. The inside of it is really pretty and a good place to chill. My favorite thing to drink is the iced crafted press. Its literally smooth and so amazing!

Ok I had a good review a few months back but have to change it. After being 4 cars in line at drive thru sat for 10 minutes and didnt move. Parked my car went back in side. Was told they by kid behind the counter to busy dont have time right now. So I left. Horrible service what happened. Dont get back but once year was so looking forward to my campfire mocha.

Yesterday I ordered bagels for the Respiratory Therapy Dept at Avera McKennan so I could take a treat into work this morning. I asked that the bagels be wrapped in individual packets to lessen any chances of germs spreading.When I got to Einsteins at 0608 this morning, they had them all ready exactly as I requested and they told me that the bagels wereFREE and they added in coffee because we work in the healthcare field! Wow! What an amazing gesture! Thanks so much Einsteins!

We picked up a bagel for my son as we drove to his b-ball tournament. He started vomiting when he felt something weird from his bite. I have the item and pictures of the thing. Looks like a claw. Not impressed and this has literally affected my son tremendously. Very disturbing!

Everytime I stop at this location they get our order wrong. Today we ordered 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches. We got 2 drinks and our food. Been going here since they opened, was glad to see them come to area, good food, good coffee and smoothies, always have had great service but dissapointed lately, last two times they have forgotten part of my order and have had to ask what happened. Seems for the amount of people working this wouldnt happen but have noticed the change in management, seems the employees are more interested in interacting with each other than waiting on the customers or keeping the dinning area clean, this is too bad, hope this location doesnt go down hill on revenue and they shut it down.
