The wait staff was friendly and prompt.They smiled and were sweet and peppy!The resturant is clean and organized.The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was cooked as ordered and came out hot.The coffee came with its own carafe to refill your mug as you wish, which was nice.Water glass was kept full!!!!I was able to sit and finish my coffee and was not rushed to leave...Overall my visit was pleasant, and will be back again!

Had dinner here on 7/15/21. Food was good and our waiter, bless his heart, was only on his 3rd day as a waiter and it seemed like the other waitresses were giving him the majority of the customers and they would hide in back which left him to take care of things in the dining area by himself. I did hear a woman speak up as she was paying and a few other diners concerned about the service also talking at their tables. I know times are rough right now in the restaurant industry but if restaurants want customers they need staff who WANT to take the time to properly train a new person not just throw them out there to serve people.

Not a good night to eat here. They did there best on a record heat day with no A/C. I had the Chicken Fried Steak and mashed potatoes. It was greatly over peppered for my taste. My dinner was no charge. The waitress was great.

I had the strawberry cream cheese crepes and umm WOW! It was delicious!! Everything tasted great and our server was very nice. The tables, chairs and bathrooms were really clean. I highly recommend this place.
Their Heath Crunch Cheesecake Pie just hit the right spot for my sweet tooth cravings. Definitely give it at try!

It was busy. Only had to wait for about 10 minutes to be seated. I ordered breakfast, pancakes and bacon, hashbrowns and eggs. It was delicious and did not have to wait very long.

Service was great. No issues there. Food was terrible, but the manager came out and comped the whole table. Most of us just picked at a few bites and couldnt finish. Those that ate more than a couple of bites ended up not feeling so great for a couple of days after. There was a hair in one of the fruit bowls. Hollandaise was awful and eggs for eggs Benedict were way over cooked. Country potatoes were good, but just a pile of plain bits I could have gotten from the grocery store freezer bin.

I ordered takeout, like I have done for years, and came in to get it. The place was nearly empty, which was surprising for 6:30pm. Well, anyway, the hostess comes out with my food, which included country fried steak and biscuits and gravy (among other things). She said that they only had gravy for one meal, so I could choose to wait 30 minutes for more or I could just go. I was a little upset and confused by this, especially given that I was 10 minutes late for pickup, so they had 45 minutes to realize that they didn’t have 1/2 of the entree for two of the meals. She (literally) shouted at me that I could wait if I wanted, but it would be a long wait. I said that I’d wait because there was basically no other choice. I sat down and about 3 minutes later she walked out to the waiting area, chucked 2 sides of gravy onto the desk, said “Here, have it!” And kept walking. I said “Thanks for the hospitality.” She said “can you go?” Under her breath, but loud enough for me to hear, and then “Have a great night.”I’d like to also point out that the 30 minute wait she said I’d have was actually 3 minutes, which meant that she was literally just being lazy and didn’t want to have to do the work.I have been coming here with my parents since I was a kid. I never will again.
Server had quite a few tables and seemed to be short handed that day but the server was working hard and did well despite a slight mix up. Be kind to your severs, it is hard to get people working and everyone is short handed.
Great place to take the family for weekend breakfast ! Kids menu is super affordable and so is there regular menu ! Food is always good (breakfast is, never had anything else) and the service is top notch 👌
Went on memorial day for breakfast and it was an absolute delight. Food was very good and the service staff was all very polite and helpful even though we had a toddler running amuck!

If you find yourself anywhere near the Perkins Restaurant on Division in Spokane Washington, and you find that your stomach is eating your backbone. Your just that hungry. Do yourself and your appetite a big fat favor. Go on in and order yourself a plate of their SHRIMP, BACON & BROCCOLI LINGUINE IN A BUTTER GARLIC SAUCE. (Chicken can be substituted for shrimp) It honestly doesnt matter which protien you choose? TRY IT BOTH WAYS! The sauce is so rich with flavor and so delicious I promise your tastebuds will thank you exponentially. JUST SAYIN!
I hadnt been here in quite some timeI had the Samon with rice and broccoli. Prices have gone up, but the food was wonderful. Service was fair. The waitress was friendly an attentive, but inexperienced. I wiil be back. Good ole Perkins is still good.

I came here for an interview a little while ago and all Im gonna say I wouldnt want someone so condescending and disrespectful or someone who thinks it is okay to openly gossip about the person she just interviewed pretty much right in front of that person as someone in charge or representing any company may be just a young woman but I have enough experience to know that behaving that way regardless of who that person is is very unprofessional. Not to mention her and her employees not wearing their masks or not wearing them correctly but thats besides the fact. Ive never even eaten here and I will not ever eat here more recommend after the experience I had.

My Mom, sis, Me and my husband yEd decided to go to Perkins for lunch.to start with, They not only took forever for making our luncht but they messed our .order up too. Mom ordered milk but never received it. They never did bring my sisters water. My sister and I basically ordered the same thing. The 7. We both had a half of 5BLT, a cup of soup and a piece of pie..Lets start with the sandwiches neither one of us had mayo or butter. Soup was ok.soup was ok, a we had I was giving a requestQe9After we finally. A: te we checked1 Our soup etc it was time for then the pies came o piece as we ordered a banana cream pie and receeived some kind of strawberry pie. the next thing I didnt Last but not least my sister had to clean the restrooms so my mother coild feel clean

Would give negative rating if possible.Manager does not wear a face mask nor a face shield no matter what she is doing either checking you out at the register or talking to you at your table which she sits down at your table and is in within 1-2 feet from you, no respect, not responsible.Also the kitchen staff does NOT wear a mask, nor food handling gloves and no hair nets. I saw the person (female) touch her long really long hair and then continued to cook without washing her hands.I confronted the manager about all this and all she said was ehhh and I have a health condition so I dont have to wear a mask well you can certainly wear a face shield thats something! I also called the health department regarding all this as well.Dennys is way better than this.

Love this Perkins restaurant! The service is always fast and friendly ! The managers take an active role in making sure guests are treated well and are satisfied. I found a new favorite on my last visit, the California Avacado Benedict! (I subbed an English muffin side for the hash browns so I could clean the plate ;-) Go try it!

We have always liked to come to perkins for the friendly atmosphere and good food. We were slightly taken back this visit by the apparent irritation over a food allergy. We have a soy protein allergy in our family, and asked a few questions regarding their oil and cooking spray. They seemed to not know their products, and said everything is cooked with the oil on the grill. Asked if they could clean an area of the grill to cook without oil. They said. Oh we dont do that. She said Ill get the manager. She was rude than the waitress. Came and said whos the one with the problem? We explained it again and said oh I cant guarantee it will be clean. And was unsure of what a soy allergy was, Or what it was in. Never had an issue with a restaraunt and a good allergy, until now. I would work on educating your employees on food allergies, their procedures, and definitely on the customer service side of it. People are already uncomfortable and hate asking for special accommodations.
Its unfortunate that more young people dont know about this place. Its way better than Dennys and is a good place to order from using DoorDash. They can be timely with orders if your dashing, but I had an order from here cancelled once and the restaurant didnt want the food back. So I got to eat it and it was probably the best omelette Ive had in more than 20 years. Kudos to the cook at this location. That was some omelette. Perfect amount of cheese, milk and seasoning. It was really good. I suggest you try this place out if you like authentic American food.

Place was empty real early in the morning. We waited 5 minutes before acknowledged. Said we would have to wait. We left. When your restaurant is very empty there is no excuse why not to be seated and at least gotten something to drink. We had been traveling for 3.5 hours. We left!!! Wont be back.

A week ago Saturday we had a celebration of a sons confirmation. Not being from Spokane we asked where our family of 20 could go for a brunch. Perkins was recommended and totally last minute called and let them know we were coming. The service was excellent, the food delicious, and for being short staffed they were able to offer amazing service.

My family and I walked in at about 730 (table of 5). We were nicely greeted. She walked us to 9ur table sat down our menus amd walked away. Didnt ask us what we wanted to drink or anything. A few minutes later she walked back and took our drink order but didnt ask what my son wanted to drink. Brought us our drinks and very impatiently asked if we were ready to order. At this point we hadnt even looked at the menu longer than 5 minutes. The service was absolutely horrible. The food was just as bad. My husbands pancakes were so hard you could use them as a Frisbee. His eggs were like rubber. My friends were the same. My friends fiances burger was nothing but grease amd she ended up getting very sick. The price we paid was absolutely ridiculous and should never had to pay that much for what we went through. Very bad experience. We will not be going back.

We went to Perkins looking forward to a wonderful private dinner with another couple, we were greeted well, we asked for a booth in the corner. The hostess sat us on the right side in the corner where soneone was also seated in that area, there were no sign saying area closed. We were waiting for our friends to arrive. The manager told the hostess no one is to sit in that area!!!! Not saying it low enough so others can hear, so we offered to move she said itvis ok for this time! Wow ok, so we offered again she processed to tell us I do not want to talk about it. You can say that to your kids or partner not to customers!!! Our friends arrived her entire additude changed, what we were not important enough to make us feel welcomed? Needless to say I will not return there again!!!!$

We have eaten several times at this Perkins Restaurant and Bakery. It serves consistently good food, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menus are beautiful and list the calorie count of each dish, which is so helpful. Staff has always been very nice also. The food is a good value and if you sign up you get discounts delivered to your e-mail box. Facility has been updated and is clean.

The staff here were very friendly service was slow-ish but I think they were understaffed for a Friday night they had a group of 30 in the far back and maybe 20 people in the main part of the restaurant but shortly after my brother and I sat down a couple tables of people were done and left no one else really came in we ordered our food and were waiting for maybe a hour until we finally got our food I wasnt really complaining the food was great our waitress had a great attitude very friendly but the group in the back demanded their food like right now and were yelling at the staff it wasnt the right way to go about things when you have a group that big call ahead of time to notify the staff so they can be more prepared anyways it was good food and very filling I had to take half of my food home
We went in hangry, left so very very happy. We went at a random time, 2pm on a Sunday, so there was only one other guy in the restaurant when we arrived. A kind and bubbly waitress served us (shes from Hawaii, so we instantly felt at home as my husband is from a neighboring Pacific Island) and the food was so great ☺️ I got the Strawberry Croissant French Toast and my hubby got a Burger. Both so good!
The chicken fried stake wasnt even meat it gaged me it was horrible I was so disappointed I couldnt eat it I spent 40 dollars for it ill never go there again

We liked this restaurant because it was spacious between booths, they spread the customers out so everyone had privacy. They menu had a great variety and served breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was clean, quiet, with fast and friendly service. We very much enjoyed it.
Service is good, our server is very attentive. They did their best even in the middle of this pandemic.The reason of 4 instead of 5 is because the food was a little cold when we get it.
