Don’t bother you might as well just buy at a big box store. Cut the quartz counter for the wrong sink, then waited 3 months for a new countertop. Hate, hate the new counter. You can tell everything was done quickly including the edging. Wish I had gone somewhere else and now I’m stuck…

Plus, the tile we chose ended up looking different when Syversons went to order it, and they made a special call to tell us we might not like it. From start to finish, Kristi helped us look at samples, place our order, and get a great remnant piece at a good price. We are more than pleased!

LOVE Syverson Tile! The staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable. They were real good about working within my budget (ie showing me remnants) and helping me to find a backslash that doesnt clash with my granite. Plus while I am waiting they get me Starbucks coffee or a bottle of water. If your remodeling or building you have to stop in and check out their selection!

Went there a place a piece of tile that was purchased there when we build our house, and had broken. Was treated like i was beneath then from time i opened the door until they laughed when i had a question about the bill. (Which i received in the mail before i had even gotten my tile.) So if you are looking for that level of self righteousness and self importance in your tile store, then this is the place for you.

Granite countertop was rough and chippy following installation. Company sent two rude boys to repair with what looked like chewing gum. Seam between slabs is rough and has big gaps. After four visits from company to repair countertop, it remains substandard. Like one of the repairmen said, “it is what it is.” That is the company motto? Appears so.

You can tell a lot about a company and the type of employees they hire by there customer service. This company has horrible service.....I wouldnt even think about giving them another chance. I walked in with my family to take a look at options for tile and a small renovation project. We spent 15 minutes in the store and we where not even acknowledged or told that someone would be with me in a few minutes.Bring your support to somebody else....they obviously dont want it or need it!
