I stopped by Cherry Berry which is my favorite frozen yogurt spot and was greeted at the door with a friendly staff who asked me to put on gloves and make sure I had my mask on. So they are health conscious on top of being the worlds best yogurt! I was just impressed with how clean everything was! Highly recommend! - Joey

We spent the morning at a trampoline park with our toddlers and decided we needed a cold snack. We didn’t realize Cherry Berry didn’t open until 12. We walked up to the door with toddler on one arm baby in the other to realize they were closed and immediately started brainstorming where else we could go and how to explain this to the girls. The store staff came and opened early for us saying he ‘didn’t want to let the girls down’. He did not have to do that. They were still in the process of setting up the store. We were SO THANKFUL and impressed with his kindness. This place goes above and beyond. The yogurt was delicious and there were more topping options than I could imagine. Thank you!!

I came into cherry berry the other day (Sunday) and one worker seemed to be doing all the work while the other (i believe is named ava) sat with her friends or on the floor. I typically love coming here but it does not seem like the hard workers are treated fairly leaving me to question management. Sometimes I wonder how the one girl (possibly ava) is still hired here. This is not the only incident where I have seen her slacking off. If i could give it 0 stars I would.

Website say open until 10 got there at 850pm the open sign was off there was a note saying open until 9. But yet at 850 they were turning people away cause they were closed even tho I saw people in the place starting to get there icecream! The workers were rude and apparently they dont care about store hours!

Great for kids! Lots of options and hands on stuff that kids would definitely enjoy. Tons of yogurt options from fruity to creamy flavors. Personally, the toppings are where it’s at. They have nearly every topping you can think of.

Its always a good time for some fro-yo!What do you get when you combine all sorts of yummy toppings and an all you can eat fro-yo bar? Me. Happy. Then feeling guilty about 30 seconds after walking out. :)This is a regular haunt for us. The staff is friendly. The place seems pretty clean. For how many kids go through, the furniture is never sticky.

Love their self serve dessert and when they have $5 fill up days. We go often when they have to ups because the kids really enjoy it. Hard to measure out and get accurate for specific diets, like diabetic or weight loss, but tasty. Very relaxed environment.

The shop was fairly busy, and there was only one employee working, however, she maintained the cleanliness of all areas, never made anyone wait at the register, and kept a smile on her face the entire time. Great job! And as always, great yogurt.

Jada that works at Cherryberry is extremely unprofessional. The store was very busy and there was one young man working the cash register. As Jayda was standing talking to her parents. My son and I went there to celebrate after a basketball game because we’ve never had cherry berry before. We test tasted some of the flavors and Jayda‘s mother was very concerned we were not going to pay for our yogurt. I told the young man at the register he could charge us extra. I just really wanted to have a good night with my son. We do not get many one on one nights. And our night was ruined thanks to Jaydas parents.

The only frozen yogurt place in the surrounding area. This place went big and perfected the frozen yogurt design. The flavors are great, the staff nice, the building is clean, and a great place to hangout if you have kids. There are T.V.s in the building so the kids have something to do while youre there. Highly recommend.

Website says open until 10p however when going to the store at 9:02p, it was closed. Bad for business especially if you rely on tourism and people unfamiliar with the area.

This is a very good place to bring your kids. And it is okay for adults. As an adult I would prefer to go to a different ice cream place but I do occasionally like this one.

Cashier was about 50 years to old to run the cash register. Ran our cards 3 times, couldnt figure the machine out, so we had to run to the bank, then come back and pay. Absolutely dumb

Went their on a Sunday a little before 8 and store was closed. Says on their door and website they were suppose to be open till 9 and never saw anything about changed hours due to the virus.

Place is pretty good. but be prepared to spend a pretty penny on it. It cost me $15 for two people. A lot of choices on flavors.

Had the Chocolate Chip Gelato and Chocolate flavors. My husband had the Chocolate and Espresso. We loved all the flavors. $9.15 for both of us. Great price too.

My 1st flavor was so disgusting but the toppings were good my 2nd flavor was so good and it was chocolate my toppings were almost all chocolate it had Oreo crumbs,fudge squares and m&ms so good.

Approximately 2.5 pounds of yogurt, candy, crunchies, cookie dough, chocolate syrup, caramel sauce, sprinkles, gummy bears, little peanut butter cups, and almonds will run you about $20. My daughter thinks its worth every penny. Someday shell go to sleep again.

Very polite young lady greeted you upon arrival, store was very clean despite melting snow outside and the Salted Caramel Pretzel was delicious.

No selection of normal flavors, lots of sorbet and no sugar options. I walked out without buying anything and so did 2 other people while I was there. I dont know if it was just a bad flavor day or if its usually like this, but next time I wont bother going here.

Amazing! The only bad part, was parents werent watching their kids and the kids were touching some of the toppings and going crazy putting all kinds of toppings on. ($5 a cup day)

The frozen yogurt was fantastic, however lost a star from me because the staff could have been a little nicer (smiles go a long way). Also no sample cups were available so you pretty much have to guess which flavors you would like.
