A small mom and pop operation means youd better get there first thing in the morning if you want any kind of selection. They create their pastries with hands like the angels. They treat each customer as family and will do what they can to fill your order. Theyre happy to take call-ahead orders, plus that way you know that no matter how busy it gets, when you saunter in craving those impossibly light, melt in your mouth donuts, you wont be one of those poor unfortunate souls hearing, Im sorry but were all out of that. 🤗

I would love to have a Daylight Donuts donut. However, the sign says they open at 6 am. Here we are at 7:15, doors locked and looks to have zero donuts in the case

I have never had a doughnut here. Stopped by at 7 am today. Door was locked, no doughnuts in the case, and an employee just waved at me. Hours say open at 6 am.

Best place for doughnuts in Sioux Falls. Great service, decent selection and just better quality then some of the other gourmet places.

Although the donut was fresh and yummy the coffee was so-so. The lid didnt fit the cup at all and ended up spilling on my clothes.

Have never actually eaten a donut from here as they are always out of everything by the time I show up. 8am is too late to go here.

Love their Buttermilk donuts! Melt in your mouth. This is my favorite donut shop in Sioux Falls. You do have to get there early before everyone else cleans them out.

IF you want a good donut...get there early. Not for sleepy heads. Best variety is the opening hour. Fast friendly staff..very hard workers. Great family run business. Stay for a cuppa java.

Best dont shop in town! Donuts are just the right to texture, not too light, not too heavy. You can call in a specific order a day or two before and they will have it ready for you! Very nice folks, support them so they dont go away!

Although the shop isnt the cleanest, the donuts are tasty and the staff are friendly. Their selection dwindles quickly, so get there early if you want the best options. However, even their basic donuts are good, so dont feel like youre missing out.There is a parking lot to the north. And there is a few tables if youd like to sit and enjoy a coffee.Advice to management: spend a little time making the dining area a little nicer. Having not-current hours advertised and the trash can unkept are turn-offs to new customers.

Been coming here for about 30 years now. By far the best donuts in town. But you do need to get there early for the best selection as it dwindles quickly.

Don’t bother stopping unless it’s very early in the morning! One of my favorite things is donuts and I know every place in town and honestly won’t even bother stopping at this place and I live a few blocks away! The donuts are descent but they are very small the the selection is lacking variety and good customer service. Very small selection and variety honestly not worth the stop. If your in town try flyboys donuts or go into sunshine or hy-vee groceries, I have been disappointed with this place every time I have ever stopped in!!

The guy running the store is super-nice and the prices arent bad either. I shouldve gotten there earlier, though, because at 10am on a weekday and over half of the donuts were sold out.

They close early sometimes, but the doughnuts are fabulous.
