Strawberry Shortcake and Pumpkin Donuts AHHHHHMAZIN!!!! Freaking fantastic! The strawberry shortcake was the best donut Ive ever eaten! The yeast donut was tasty and perfect with the BEST whipped cream Ive ever tasted. Not too sweet and perfect density.Met the owner, Ben, great guy, really invested in what he does and in the community he services.

Very fun atmosphere with lots of donut options. Coffee was a little weak, but still went well with the donuts. Clean space, clean bathrooms, & staff were friendly. Typical prices for a donut. We went during the afternoon and it wasn’t very busy, which was nice!

I was concerned when I saw photos of fruity cereal on donuts, often (but not always) a sign of a poor donut shop. But it turned out to be pretty dang good. I could live here, this would be my donut shoppe. Good raised rings as well as cake donuts and Bavarian pudding filled donuts. Fresh, even in the afternoon.

This place has quite the variety of options. Tried a handful of different donuts after staying the night in Sioux Falls. My personal favorite was the cherry cake donut. Wish I got more than just one of it.

Lots of pastries to choose from including a doughnut 🍩 as big as your head! Dont believe me stop in and see for yourself, just dont let your eye be bigger than your appetite.

For yeast donuts they rock, the only one I have not had for doughnuts is that new store on minnesota Ave. That took over the old taco Johns but for this place its so far the best in town.

Donuts are good but very heavy and breadlike. Not the usual light and airy ones we are accustomed to.

Donuts are delicious! Customer service sucks. I feel like I am bothering the person every time I have gone in there, except 2 times. I dont think it is too much to ask about or take time to see what you have available. Nevertheless, the donuts are so delicious that I will and do put up with the attitudes.

Our family went to the East 10th st flyboy location this morning and enjoyed some donuts which were fantastic as always. I don’t normally do reviews but this is an occasion that deserves a 5 star review. We were enjoying our donuts and our rambunctious 3 year old was enjoying looking at the model air planes and talking about them loud enough everyone at flyboy could hear him. A young man in the booth next to ours who turns out was an employee climbed up on a chair and removed an airplane from the ceiling and let him play with it for a few minutes. What 3 year old boy wouldn’t love that? We got some nice pictures and made some great memories. We will be back many times in the future. Thank you flyboy for your great service and atmosphere.

Definitely not anything comparable to Daylight Donuts. We order 8 donuts because a full dozen would have been near 20 dollars, really? Then they were too hard to eat by the end of the day we ended up throwing away half of them. Never going back. So disappointed. Not worth the hype or the money.

Love the new location! Easy to get to, has parking available. Beautiful selection of delicious specialty donuts to choose from. This is what I do for special treat when I have my nieces for a visit, because they love it so much. The staff had everything very clean and organized to keep us safe and got us in and out quickly and easily.

The best donuts. Period. I try donuts in every city I visit, and Ive never had any better than Flyboy! They are fresh and delicious with so many flavor options. You can even get them shaped like letters for a special message!

Hoping these donuts are better than their customer service. First time weve been to Flyboys. We were the only customers and yet we were made to feel that asking a question was a waste of their day. They were not helpful or friendly. Looking at the other reviews it seems this is a common theme. I will not be returning to this location.

I stop here whenever Im in town to visit my family.First time the Boston Cream I had was delicious. The second time it was ok. Something wasnt as good as the first time, but it was still good.The last time I was there a couple weeks ago something was really off with the custard used in the Boston Cream. It was obviously from a can as it tasted metallic and hit the back of my throat with a mild burning sensation.Consistency seems to be an issue here. I understand they produce a huge volume each day, but quality needs to be spot checked a little more often I think.Ill likely go back, but not for anything custard filled.

The donuts are delicious and well worth the cost to get the flyboy dozen. The maple and bacon was a huge hit, the fruity pebbles donut added a bit of zing and the blueberry was great for the tried and true. Wish we had one closer to us! An added touch was having baby wipes to clean off after indulging. Next pass through, we will definitely return!

Whats the point of being able to order online when I cant get them same day. Thats kind of the entire point of ordering food online, to not wait in line.

3 of the 4 donuts we ordered tasted old like they were kept a couple days. Besides that it was okay, we will go to Hyvee for donuts next time for better quality.

I like all the locations so far, and I am eagerly anticipating (though my body isnt) the newest location a couple of blocks from my home. I have met several staff and the owner Ben (because he was at the new store I visited today). All of them have been welcoming, polite, funny, friendly, interested in our southern accents, etc. I have enjoyed every visit.Being brought up in the south, our donut of measure is Krispy Kreme. The last time I went home, KK just didnt taste as good as they had in the past. My favorite KK is a chocolate glazed creme filled donut. I think these donuts are as good as KK, if not better. The creme isnt quite as creamy (one lady called it icing), but its still yummy.I am not fond of cake donuts, because I usually find them dry; theirs are moist. My husband and I like the blueberry, but I got a couple cherry to try today.My husband likes the raspberry bismarcks, and I like the lemon. There is a good amount of filling, and the lemon is tangy. Our dog likes the lemon, too.If you enjoy great donuts and lots of variety, try Flyboy! They are family owned, and youll be glad you stopped by.

Flyboy donuts are awesome. I got there at 10am to find most of them gone. When I mentioned it the manager got snarky. Told me how much money they were making each day. Walked out with my order thinking I’d made him angry. Not my intent. Glad to know they are doing well, I’ll just need to get there before 9am or go someplace else.

I was horribly disapointed by Flyboys Donuts today. The cashier was rude, the blueberry turnover (which tasted frozen) barely had any filling and left a gross aftertaste in my mouth. I will not return. Save your money and stop by Hyvees bakery.
