Called to get a price quote for 60 custom t-shirts and it was extremely difficult. Rather than get the information via the phone of what I need, they wanted me to email them so they can have “proof”? Of what? It’s called a price quote. For the amount of time I was on the phone questioning why I have to send an email other businesses would have given me a quote already or at least gather my information and called me back. I was placed on hold and then got hung up. What a strange exchange.

I needed towels embroidered for a wedding present and didnt know exactly which font to choose. They were very patient while allowing me to accompany them to the back where we went through hundreds of fonts. Also recommending the best ones for the initials that would be used, one of which I ended up choosing. There ended up being a mistake on the letters that were printed but they fixed it no charge. In the most unfortunate events the wedding was cancelled. I took the towels back and asked if they could take out the stitching at no charge as compensation for their boo-boo the first time and they said no problem. Very satisfied customer :]

They never called to tell me my order was finished. Then charged me twice telling me I didnt pay the first time. I not recommend this place. Also I am a real customer and not a fake review like some if the family member reviews I see. Very uptight atmosphere with poor customer service and can be very short with individuals. One star for disappointment
