Traveling to Mt Rushmore with 5 Grandsons and broke down 40 miles from Sioux Falls, got the # for Butler Cat and a gentlemen answered his name was Heath, he was so helpful stayed on the phone with us told us what he needed from us so that he could help us, we were so blessed that he answered the phone he was amazing so polite and helpful I would give this Business a 20 star. 5 stars is not enough they were awesome.I needed a seal replaced. Made 7 calls and Butler was the only call on a Friday afternoon that suggested they might help. When they took on the task they did not realize the scope of the repair. It ended up they had to put not 1 but 2 mechanics on to finish by the end of the day but they did that and I was able to continue on my load.

Pretty good guys to deliver too, just make sure you dont leave any chain/securment marks on the piece you bring in. Yard guys are pretty nice, quick to get you loaded or unloaded if not too busy.

I have a 05 peterbilt with a mxs cat in it it has just had a in frame done on this truck I was really short on power and only getting 3 mpg so I called Wayne and asked if he had a Dyno he said yes I ask if they could figure anything out of the yes he said so I delivered the truck to him now this truck is a factory 625 so they do a bunch of trouble shooting they run the overhead and said I believe that was ur problem do you still want to Dyno I said yes so they proceed further they said o you have a serious problem but we dont know what it is I have to go to butler in rapid City SD to put on there Dyno so I get truck and have to pay for 1353$ just for them to tell me there is a problem and that there Dyno is not worth anything but just to see horsepower so I am upset but pay then I go get into truck and some dumb a.. left my windows down about 2 inches on both sides my truck had so much dirt in it now it isnt a show truck but dang Im still proud of it I would never take nothing here ever again they even had the overhaul paperwork and you know what it was it was a wrong turbo and a couple fuel setting they couldnt figure out I took it to rapid City SD and they looked at paperwork and said o you have a wrong turbo well thats just great lets donate to butler in Sioux falls SD $1353 just because SMH never go here again
