We really like our fence and once the materials were available, it went in very quickly. My complaint is that I was told, our fence could not be connected to our back/side neighbors fence due to new building regulations. One month later, our other back/side neighbors stops by to have us sign an easement allowing them to attach to our fence! We signed it as I have no problem with that ; it makes complete sense. So why were we not advised that was a possibility?? Now we have a six inch gap for about 10 feet on one side of our back fence.

Corey & his team did an excellent job throughout the entire process. The estimate through ordering supplies, through install, completion, and followup after completion have all been 5-stars. We had them replace an old wooden trash enclosure for one of our commercial properties. Excellent quality professional job and great communication and fair pricing.

Neighbor had a fence put in by them they did a good job, but instead of using the wheelbarrows and walking thru the yard they were working on the used my yard. Which wouldnt of been a big deal but we were trying to get that grass to grow back in those spots. Asked them politely to not use our yard which they did for a bit. But then started to do it again in the same spot, Im guessing after they thought we stopped watching. Very unprofessional.

I would highly recommend the use of Michaels Fence to anyone considering a commercial or residential fence. The quality of construction and installation is exceptional. I had Michaels Fence install a rod iron fence for a dog kennel (Siberian Huskies-Houdinis). It is functional for keeping them secure and safe while aesthetically pleasing to the property. I am very pleased with the results and have referred friends and family to this company. I would use them again, should the need arise.

Buyer be ware. Michaels scheduled our fence to be installed, even calling to have cables marked. We were promised the job would only take 3 days which is one of the reasons we chose them as we have dogs and did not want to be without a fence for an extended period of time. When no one had showed up by Thursday on the week of installation, we called only to be told our materials had not come in so we would be delayed. When we asked why we had not been contacted about the delays, Bill Michaels simply replied he had no explanation. After 2 more delays in beginning our project, it was finally started 3 weeks after it had been scheduled. We will say the crews that came to tear out the old fence and install the new were all courteous and worked hard. Four days after the project began, we were told the fence was finished except that they were short 15 caps for the posts. We were told the caps would be ordered and it would take 2 weeks to get those. 2 weeks went by, no caps and no call from Michaels. Another week, no caps no call. After 4 weeks one of Michaels employees showed up to put the caps on but still did not have enough so had to return again to finish. 8 weeks from the time the project was supposed to begin, it was finally finished. We received our invoice for roughly half of the balance possibly expecting to see a discount for all the delays, but none was offered. After two failed attempts to speak with Bill, we finally received a response after we said we were not paying the balance until he contacted us. Bill was not even willing to all and speak to us but only would communicate through email. The only thing he offered was a feeble attempt at an apology. Through only email exchanges, Michaels did finally offer a very small discount, but it was minimal for us having to wait 8 weeks for what was promised to be 3 days.

Michaels Fence is a great company to work with. They have the most complete showroom and their staff is extremely knowledgeable. I wouldnt use anyone else for my fencing needs!

Great customer service for both residential and commercial projects. Crews kept work site clean and when they left you didnt even notice they were there - expect for the new fence. Would recommend to anyone looking a fencing contractor.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I had made my mind up to have them install a fence and walked in during the morning hours and nobody came out to ask any questions, instead the lady just looked at me, walked out did something with some papers and then went back into her office. Needless to say, i have changed my mind.
