I live in a small town, so services are hard to come by. Have a problem with amp. Called these guys, asked about it, Jerry said Hey cut to the chase... So I quick told them. He said it would be a service call, with four hours travel time. I offered to pay by credit card if I could fully explain my issue and troubleshoot over the phone. He said no. I asked if he knew of any other places in Sioux Falls that were not as abrupt and rude with new customers...he said Probably not. Call ended. Jerry must have been having a bad day...but there is no excuse for that bad of customer service.

Great crew with a ton of experience. Setup a state of the art whole home audio, video, and computer integrated lighting system in my condo which is second to none! Easy to use and has infinite potential!

Neat showroom good people to work with.
