I love supporting small business and don’t mind paying extra money for that. But when you get a turtle sundae and there’s barely any toppings, you question paying $6 for it. The ice cream is good, but that’s all you pay for. Maybe it was just the day, I’ll give another chance. But there’s not too many times I’ll pay about $6 (with tax) for a turtle sundae with no toppings.

Best black raspberry malts that I know of. Good prices. Walk up order and pickup just like it has been for years. They are closing for the season on Sunday

Ice cream was really really good. Had a small chocolate cone and a frozen banana. Got super nachos as a snack. Hard pass on ever doing that again. Chips had been in the warmer long enough they were burnt. Kid literally counted out the 4 jalepeno slices, beans bad been in warmer for days.

Sheesh. you try to find better ice cream!

Had 2 Footlong Hotdogs 1)Bacon,Onions,Pickles, Ketchup & Mustard 2) Chili, Cheese & Onions... They let U choose from 8 toppings... They were Good Also a Pineapple Malt... So the Malt was THE BEST I ever had seriously! Huge for a Large! Watever U do...do NOT ask for a COMBO they call it a Picnic... They had NO CLUE wtheck I was asking for! LOL

No professional customer service is taught at this place. Ordered an item they rang it up another way but won’t take responsibility of it. Then calls the customer a liar.we didn’t even want a replacement or a coupon or anything. Just called to let them know and was accused of lying. Why would I lie about a wrong order if I want nothing for the mess up. And the owner is also a price of work which explains why the employees are the way they are.

Stopped by on our way to Spokane Washington.Doing a road trip from Florida. The food was great our dog loved the hotdog, the burger tasted homemade 👍

The malt was basically a cup of ice cream that you had to eat with a spoon. I like to drink mine. The banana split is huge and very good

Very disappointing service. When we got home we noticed we were missing half our order. When we called we were told it would be credited back to our card and we would receive a call telling us so. No call and no credit back on the card. Too bad....we like to frequent truly local establishments.

This was my first time trying B & G. The cashier was friendly and took my order quickly and correctly. I didnt wait long for my food.I laughed when I saw a mayonnaise packet in the bag with my burger and found out its a do-it-yourself system. I thought the chopped tomatoes were both interesting and a little too ripe. I didnt like the coated fries, which I ordered unsalted, as some werent fully cooked, while others were limp. Further, I dont know if the meat was preaseasoned or salted upon cooking; however, I had several unpleasing very salty bites.While taking my order, the lady had told me, We have great ice cream! I told her I had heard that, but I thought it would melt before I reached my stop. If I try B & G again, it will be to try the ice cream, which I had heard is their claim to fame.

Good ice cream and you get a ton of it. Their small is a McDonalds medium. Its a little more expensive but you definitely get what you pay for.A step up compared to Dairy Queen plus theyve got more flavors and options to choose from. Wish they had a drive through.

Love this place and have for over 40 years! The icecream is so good and the selection is pretty great too. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait but considering the size of the place and its popularity some days it is expected... Who likes to wait? I have taken my kids here many times and now I take my grandkids and they all seem to like it as much as my wife and I do so stop in cool off and enjoy. To bad it isnt open all year long. I eat icecream even when it snows out!

Best local ice cream chain of the Sioux Falls area for decades! Their ice cream is delicious and their prices are good for the sizes of treats you buy. I enjoy their avalanches more than Dairy Queen Blizzards.

Disappointed this trip.The bing (3) large avalanches were not made with bing candy bars.They were Tasteless. They used cherry dip and chocolate dip coatings and nuts.Not the treat I was expecting.If they are using Bing. In the name... I expect bing in my avalanche.

I had the Smores Avalanche and my husband had the Snickers Avalanche, and they were the best. The Smores tasted like a real smores, so same night we had a bonfire and smores! Happy Summer!

Parents if you buy your kids slushies please taste them. They have an excessive taste of sugar with a smidge only of the flavor you choose. The sugar is so overwhelming it cant not be drank more then a few sips. Something is wrong this year in the instructions their employees are advised to pump. I cant not believe this has happened twice now in a row. We will not be buying any more slushies from here this summer as their is truely an issue which didnt get changed. Sad thing is the owner was there the first time it happened and said it was their issue and they fixed it. Well thats not true as todays results were identical to what happened 3 weeks ago. SAD as my daughter has grown up with B&G slushies all her life and the reason we have always gone there.

I come back home from MN to see family and they know that Ill be eating at the taco Johns on 12th Street and I will be going to b&g . Never had bad service the 39 years Ive been going to b&g, my parents always had good service, my kids have had good service .
