This was mostly an easy process. However, the day before the job, I received a call that my order could not be fulfilled. There was no effort made to try to come up with alternate solutions. I had to ask about alternate equipment that would suffice. I was very disappointed that when an alternate piece of equipment was found, it was almost twice as expensive. Since the original piece of equipment was no longer available after my order was confirmed, I would think that every effort would be made to cover the order and honor the original price given. This would have brought the score up from a 5 to a 10 because then I would know every effort was put forth to ensure the success of my job.
