Called J&L service department for the first time ever on 09/30/21. Talked to a man named Andrew. Asked many questions on my bike and things that would need done, or have been done already on the bike (since it was serviced there in the past from a previous owner). This was the first time I had ever called a Harley dealership and not been rushed off the phone!! The customer service I was shown (especially being a service department!) was not only top notch, but this man (Andrew) knew is stuff (great knowledge) on the questions I asked him!! He took his time answering my questions, and gave me the best options on taking care of my bike, and what I would need to do in the future. I will say this; Service departments at all Harley dealerships should behave this way!! Making sure the customers are comfortable in there decisions!! This industry is getting worse everyday, and the dealerships that will survive will be the ones that emphasize great service and personnel in there service departments! Anyone can sell a bike, but maintaining it with great people on board, will keep customers coming back! Thanks Andrew!!

Great place! We had an issue with the trailer we were hauling. Dustin and the service guys came to help after hours with no hesitation. (The store had already closed) They jumped in and help get things in order in no time!! These guys were great! Helpful, friendly and all around great guys! This is by far one of the best Harley stores were have been in! Thank you guys again for all of your help!! It is greatly appreciated!!

The selection of parts and accessories is top shelf. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

First I want to say Im not good remembering names. I was in South Dakota ( Sat. Sept. 18th) from Chicago and saw check oil. Went to the service dept and the service guy checked my oil and put more in for me. When I went into store to buy oil, everyone greeted me, I mean everyone. I had no intentions on buying nothing but a T-shirt but got a sweatshirt as well. I want to say to the J&L team, thank you so much for the very pleasant experience. If Im ever in the area I will definitely stop by again.

Last year, on our way to Sturgis, our bike broke down.needless to say I was not a happy camper.We rolled into J&L looking for a beater just to get us going again, my friends found a pristine 2011CVO RG Ultra, sitting on the showroom floor (it was not a beater) probably as close to my dream bike as one could come without actually ordering it. My buddies roughed up Brecken a bit, and I was still grumpy, but he took it all pretty well. We bought the bike and have loved every minute of it. The staff at J&L continue to keep in touch with us, in order to check on us and keep us up to date with the happenings at the dealership. It was a great experience, I would definitely recommend J&L.

I cant say enough good things about the people at J&L and their Sioux Falls and Fargo locations. Everyone is great to work with and they are just all around nice people. Nice chatting with and ready to answer all questions. Not a rushed experience. They took great care of me and have continued to be excellent in my interactions with them later on. Id recommend them to anyone for motorcycle or related needs.

Went and seen Derek about a bike test rode a 21 Street Glide and a 21 Road Glide. Went home with the 21 Road Glide in Billiard Red, got a good deal on my trade. Derek and the whole crew are awesome and happy to help in any way they can. Definitely recommend J&L for your Harley needs.

Stop for our poker chips and were met with some friendly staff who gave us good directions down the road. they had a good selection of merchandise and helped it out helped us out with a question we had with our trik.

Stopped in missing a front caliper bolt. Third dealership I have stopped in since Savannah Georgia, These guys here were very professional and helpful. Adam in particular. Thank you sir you made the last 1000 miles of my trip more peaceful and enjoyable. J&L should be proud to have people like you and at the fest working for them. I would highly recommend this dealership.

It was a good experience and the bike I purchased is nice (Heritage Softail). Still waiting on title.

I brought my Heritage softtail in for a performance issue which service rep said could not be replicated in thier shop. When I asked what they did to diagnose the bike he said there was no codes and took it for a ride with no problems.Telling me theres nothing wrong with the bike doesnt address the cold misfiring issue in my complaint.When I pointed this out the rep became defensive and told me to come get the bike....no kidding?!The bike is under warranty but I suspect that since I didnt buy it new at this particular dealership then they probably dont want it in thier shop, warranty or no warranty!I only brought it to J&L because the location is more convenient for me geographically and they seem to have a professional establishment. I dont trust my vehicles to just anyone.Ive purchased several new vehicles over the decades (including motorcycles) and occasionally have had issues. However the issues have always been addressed by those companies regardless of the dealership where I bought the vehicles. And the service people never copped an attitude when I had objections. They obviously dont need my business!

J&L treated me like family from the moment I walked in the door. They were right there to answer any and all questions I had. Being a new rider and my very first bike I was a little timid right from the start. They helped make me feel more at comfortable at right at home along the way. I would highly recommend J&L, especially if this is your first ride.

Had a great experience working with Todd and Chaz on the purchase of my new 21 Street glide. Great customer service and knowledge of all the bikes.

We walked in with a particular bike in mind after talking on the phone with Scottie. Once we saw some of the other bikes we went with a different bike that was in our price range that had very low miles. It happened to be bought and traded back to J &L so they were very knowledgeable about the bike which helped sell us on a great bike!

I have always been a fan of Harleys. I finally stopped in here because my wifes cousin was in town and owns a couple Harleys. I walked through the whole store. They sure do have some really nice bikes sitting around. Harleys are pricey. I know their market cap took a hit after Trumps tweets and his loyal masses boycotting them plus the Trump tariffs. Tariffs are taxes people. Thats what you get for supporting him I guess.

The staff at J&L were great, my salesman Todd, and Darrin in parts were very friendly and helpful. The gentleman from clothing and accessories was also very helpful unfortunately I don’t recall his name. Proof they say is in the pudding, first time there and I left with a 2020 road glide! Come on spring!

My experience at J&L Harley Davidson was a wonderful experience. Derek was so helpful and answered all my questions, moved bikes out so I could have a better look at them. It was the third one, a beautiful 2016 Sportster 1200 ! Chaz immediately went to work on financing and Derek took me on a grand tour, I met dept. Managers, etc. I was in Hog heaven, pun intended! I also received some nice gifts as well as perks. I highly recommend J&L Harley Davidson to anyone looking for a great Harley with great service and staff!!!

The sales staff along with the finance department were both TOP NOTCH! The poor rating given by me is for the higher management. I found the man in question to be rude to the point that his employees were uncomfortable under his direction. This uncalled for behavior has ensured my desire 2 purchase from a different location. Not only should a customer not feel the way this man made me feel, an employee should not be encouraged to behave the same way. With a smile on my face & Goodwill towards all that assisted us in the favorable manner desired by any good customer, I left the store satisfied that I did NOT allow his behavior to dampen my otherwise bright day.

This review is bittersweet but J&L Harley Davidson has some of the most rudest and disrespectful customers service Ive ever encountered especially there service department Ive called multiple times saying Ive having issues with my gas tank gauge and 1st they flashed my bike and they order a replacement part and didnt even call to tell me it seems to me that customer are a inconvenience for them!

Have purchased two separate times from them. They dropped the ball both times.... I am currently on day 12 waiting on a replacement flannel. I have called and was told to leave a message for Dustin he will call me back.... guess what yet to receive a call back. I have Dustin’s email have sent him multiple emails trying to get the tracking number or update.... what do you know no email back. Was told 12 days ago a new one was being shipped out. They can’t provide a update or tracking on it.... buyers beware!

Just bought my 2019 Harley Davidson 750 Street here last week. Super great bunch of guys and gals, Brekken was my Salesman. He was Super friendly and knowledgeable about the bikes. He helped me through the whole process and and very pleased with my buying experience with him and the J&L crew as a whole. Even got a full tour of the whole place and met just about every one that works there. They truly treat you like family there.

Unbelievable customer service!We recently started looking for something more comfortable. I saw that they had a good selection of pre-owned bikes on their website so I filled out a contact form. Chaz called me back a few hours later and we set up a time to meet a few days later. When I got there, imagine my surprise when they told me Chaz wasnt working. You know what? He came in ON HIS DAY OFF just to meet with the wife and I and show us a few bikes. Despite having made no commitments whatsoever, everyone at J&L Sioux Falls treated us great, except for that one guy who kept glaring at me. Dont know what that was all about. At any rate, despite the bike we were interested in being more than we initially wanted to spend, J&Ls customer service won us over. We love our new 2014 Street Glide Special and will definitely be back for parts and service.

I cannot say enough great things about J&L service and parts department, as well as J&L in general. The parts and service crew will assist you in making the best decision for repair as well as upgrades. They will keep you well informed on what the service will require, give you updates of what is happening with your bike, and give you a nice review of everything once they have finished the work. You can rest assured that the people working in the service department are experts that always have the best interest of the customer on their minds. I will not bring my bike to any other shop in town.

Quoted a price on a new street glide (not a street glide special, plain street glide) that was $2000 over msrp. When asked for more info about why pricing was so high and the breakdown of costs, all communications ended. Beware of dealer offers of full nada price for your trade when in reality they make it up on the purchase price of the bike. Not impressed. My wife bought her new road glide special in 2018 for less than the $24000 price quoted for this 2020 street glide. Some dealers are fair to all. Apparently not this one.

I could have spent a butt load but kept myself contained for now.
