Although my salesman Ryan Schafer wasprofessional, attentive, and knowledgeable, I noticed the dealership itself was very uninviting. The management staff needs to try, if possible, to thank every customer that comes in and conducts business there. No company wants to lose business to the other guy. Especially if it’s just a fewsteps down from the “ Management Tower” to say “ Thank you! We appreciate your business.” After all, being the best is what matters right?

I had an issue with a bluetooth communicator for a helmet. The manufacturers website was not helpful at all. Cara in the accessories department called the manufacturer and sorted everything out quickly. Excellent service, I will definitely be back!

I’m a bit late in writing my review, but I’ve had more time to experience the sales, service, and apparel staff now. I bought my Indian back in June and from the time I set foot in the door I felt like I was welcomed there. The buying process was smooth and simple, I had to wait a few days for accessories to get shipped in but that didn’t bother me. The service department was quick and efficient with my break-in oil change and inspection when I brought it in on a Saturday morning. The clothing and apparel sales team are always helpful and welcoming even if I’m just browsing. Overall the Motoplex has surpassed my expectations and they’ve earned a lifetime customer.

Awesome Customer Service. Of all the Kawasaki Dealerships I contacted, they were the only ones who replied, and they replied immediately. There was a recall on my Kawasaki Mule and no dealership from the Twin Cities would ever get back to me, and this went on for months. My brother-in-law in Sioux Falls suggested I contact you, and I am glad I did. My parts were ordered immediately, and a time to come in and drop off the machine was set. I informed the Service department I was coming from the Twin Cities and would be hanging out all day until the machine was done, so I was a little nervous that it may not get done the same day. It was promised to be done the same day, and it was. The communication back and forth was fabulous, and I will drive all the way back from the Twin Cities in the Spring to have Vern Eide Power Sports take care of my 100 hour Service on the Mule. The only complaint I have is that you do not have a facility near the Twin Cities! :). I cannot recommend this place enough as most Power Sports Service Departments are typically less than desirable to work with, these guys and gals are great.

I cant say enough about Tony!!! He is a rock star!! Got me on my new 2022 KLR650 without any issues!! He even offered to stay past closing to get me my bike that day. (Had to drive an hour to bank to get money.) Tony also ensured that a little item the mechanics overlooked was taken care of for me above and beyond, at the last second!I got a new helmut as well. Horrible sales service. Called on Thursday ready to buy a new sled. Sales says, will call you back in 1 hr with options and prices. No call back. I call back again 3 hrs later. Says they will Call me back in an hour again. No call back at all on Thursday. Friday I call again. Sales apologized and says they were busy Thursday and will get back to me in a little while. No call back Friday. Mind you, I already told them I am ready to buy and kicking tires. So Saturday I call again and leave a message. Still no call back. Horrible!Horrible!

Have typically had excellent service here with our lawnmower that we purchased from them. Recently had a pretty frustrating experience where they couldnt fix a problem after bringing it back twice. Spent too much money with no results.

Will never do business here again. Brought in my indian motorcycle with a slash in the rear tire. Was told possibly warranty would cover some of it considering 4200 miles on the bike. Received a phone call 4 days later saying bike was done and I owe $360. Did not receive a call asking if I wanted the work done or even what kind of tire I would like put on. I guess they decide for you what your motorcycle is going to have put on it. Whats even worse is when I expressed how I felt, they didnt seem to care and just said there is nothing they can do about it.

I found the listing on my new snowmobile on Facebook Marketplace and contacted Robb Baker. We made the deal over the phone in less than five minutes. I live four hours away and setting up pickup options was challenging, but Robb was willing to come in on his day off if that was needed. Fortunately I was able to make it on a Saturday. The entire process was smooth and pleasant. Price was my first determining factor and Robb beat all other prices I could find! I would highly recommend Vern Eide and Robb to anyone!

I shop around for a side by side and Vern Eide had the best deal around. Vern Eide staff was professional and courteous. Travis, my salesperson, was patient and help me with all the details of choosing the right side by side for me and my family ( this was my first side by side). My wife and I recently purchased a Polaris RZR xp 4 1000. Dylan gave the best customer service experience i have had in many years. We had to pre-order the machine and over the course of about 2.5 months, he promptly responded to every e mail I sent. We had to travel 1000 miles each way to pick up the machine. And when we arrive at Vern Eide Motoplex it was a seamless process to complete the transaction. I think people should know who theyre dealing with. we drove 5 hours with 1 hour to go and they sold the utv we were coming to get. We offered to put a deposit down but our spectacular salesman told us not to worry because we were on our way. We took our kids out of school to surprise them. Mount Rushmore Motorsports took care of us and thankfully we didnt have to go home with an empty trailer. Check elsewhere before you give these guys your money.

Rich was great to work with beginning with my initial communication all the way through the sales process and until I took delivery. Although I live 300-miles fro the dealership, the whole process (initial communication until delivery only took about 24-hours. Most of that time was spent with me driving 0ver 6-hours to get down there.
