Simple online form, no line when I picked up or dropped off the truck (moving between states), and cost effective. I have never had a good experience with u-haul and Penske was superior. Not one to leave reviews, but this was such a step above the competition that they deserve a little recognition. Moving is tough enough, make truck rental simple.

As usual Penske personal department are top notch, I was located in Kadoka SD, I STOP to fuel and came to find out I had by some unknown circumstance had blown a outside rear tire on my trailer, the only thing left was two sidewalls, I contacted road service and as it should be they went into protect our client mode, to make a long story short Penske did what was expected of them and got me back on the road making money, i was in the middle of NOWHERE, and Penske pop that BOTTLE and got me moving ASAP, like i said (PENSKE IS THE BIG DOGS OF THE CLASS 8 TRUCK RENTAL INDUSTRY AND THATS A FACT.

Had a rented pension truck that wasnt running right. Had to take it here, they did a great job, were fast, efficient and got me back on the road fast.

Called the night before scheduling time to come in the next morning. Came in at scheduled time got in and they got problem resolved. Good service.

Drove to Owatonna to get truck. No truck. Drove to Faribault and had to settle for smaller truck. Truck itself was excellent, turn in was easy.

Great service, helped explain how to load our car onto the dolly and explained how to turn with a large truck and dolly pulling behind. Without a doubt, well be using Penske next time to move.
