While on our honeymoon in Sioux Falls, SD, we found on Goggle and stopped by Popplers Music. We felt very welcomed as we were immediately greeted by staff. I am a NJ State Certified Music Educator and my wife and I own a music school in NJ. We enjoy visiting music stores and schools when we travel. We were very impressed with Popplers HUGE selection of music, supplies and instruments. I was at the store today in Sioux Falls and while the selection of music was great I was absolutely appalled by the way the boss (Paul?) treated his employee. The whole time I was in the store he was verbally chewing him out for one thing or the next right in front of me and I was there for quite some time. He also was not very friendly to the FedEx driver who mistakenly made a delivery through the front door. I absolutely could not believe what I was witnessing and hope that employee finds a himself a better job soon! I dont make it to the store often and I have no desire to return any time soon!!

Popplers Music Store in Sioux Falls, SD is extremely accommodating. I am a music educator in rural South Dakota and the staff is efficient and on the ball whenever I order music. They deliver items ordered personally to me at the school I work at. The staff is friendly and their customer service is second to none.

The staff at Popplers are so helpful and knowledgeable. When I go in to ask for a music piece or book they always seem to have it available. Every accessory necessary for trumpets, at least. Theyve also repaired several trumpets, either in-house or sent out, and done a great job. I even brought them a Bach Strat that had been, well, mistreated by an irresponsible brother-in-law and they took out the dents and scratches and brought it back to like new. Super convenient location, too, minutes to jump onto 41st and get what I need and be on my way.

I bought a used trumpet and took it to Poppers Music to have it looked at. I asked to have a chemical clean done. The gentleman inspected the trumpet and said I can do a chemical clean, but its not really needed right now. I dont want you paying for a service you dont need Appreciate the sincere honesty and genuine customer service, focussing on the customers needs vs. making a sale! Popplers Music will be my 1st stop for all my future music needs!

Selection is very good, though prices arent very competitive.

They have a wide selection of music and if they dont have what you need theyll get it for you. Theyre knowledgeable and will gladly help you figure out what is right for you.
